Getting tickets was a nightmare and they were received from 12go AFTER I had spoken to the driver and managed to sort the issue myself. After this the bus was driven dangerously the entire route, including the driver clipping the wing mirror off of the bus. The beds are tiny and completely uncomfortable for anyone about about 5”5.The only reason it’s more than one star is I’m thankful that somehow we got to the other end in one piece (apart from the coach).

The bus picked us up 30minutes late, then it stopped for about an hour in Hanoi and during the road it also stopped long time. We ended up arriving 2:30h later than what it was originally scheduled. And they dropped us off before our stop so we had to walk (and then they passed by our stop)

I booked the bus for 7:45 but they messaged me prior saying the bus was leaving at 7. A plus was that they did pick us up from our homestay which was great. Then after telling us pickup was at 7 they didn’t pick us up until 7:30.
When we got on the bus, most of the window seats didn’t even have curtains. once I moved myself to a seat that had two curtains I realised one wasn’t full length and so light could come in and it wouldn’t close the fill way.
The bus was extremely bumpy but I’m sure that would happen with any company. They did get us to out our destination on time which was a plus, but overall the experience was unsatisfactory.

Staff shuttled us on another bus hpstel. Comfort of beds. Too short for westerners.
