Left from Pak Chong with more than 1/2 an hour delay, but apart of that the bus is very comfortable and they provide you with a bottle of water and some snacks and also a blanket. There's airco. It was a good trip.

Station in Hua Hin is really easy to locate, check in was smooth, friendly staff, comfortable coach with AC. Only the bus station in Ratchaburi is a bit far off from downtown so we had to take a songthaew to the center, but not a big deal at 10 Baht per person. So nothing to complain, would recommend.

Driver and local staff super friendly and efficient.
The bus was old the seat worn out, leg-rest could not pull in,
Heavy draft frm the aircon ventilation system above you.

Nice ride and friendly staff and very good driver.
I felt a bit cramped in the seat due to my hight(184 cm).
But overall a nice trip????

The ticket was really cheap but the driver left us almost in the middle of nowhere. We didn't understand a thing as he didn't speak a word of English. Therefore, we had to take a minivan to the city centre, so we paid again. I don't expect everybody to speak English but, some basis, at least, as they are actually working with tourists.

The driver was very go9d but the seats were very uncomfortable due to the leg rest added to the front of the seat

Trip was fine, but arrived 30 minutes late. Bus was comfortable but not the VIP standard with an entertainment system, wifi and charging points in every seat. No complaints, but room for improvement.
