大巴旅行的缺点
- 城际大巴车站可能设在远离市中心的郊区，因而需要考虑到车站所需的时间和费用。有时候从车站到达目的地的费用可能比你预想的要高很多，因为仅有少数巴士公司运营这些线路而价格偏高。
- 在繁忙的周末或者旅游旺季，车票可能会很快售罄因而需要提前预订。
- 尽管大巴不像轮渡那样依赖天气，但要注意的是在某些季节或者某些地方，大巴也会因恶劣天气或者道路情况有所延误或者取消。

El autobús que me tocó era eléctrico y nuevo, asientos amplios, además iba prácticamente vacío, conducción un poco temeraria pero lo normal en india. Salió puntual.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were delayed by an hour, which we expected, considering the weather conditions on the day. I very much enjoyed all the text notifications and a map to track the progress of my journey. I also appreciated the toilet break halfway through the journey.

The trip itself was comfortable, but company sent me gps coordinates of pick up point and then called to tell me they were unable to pick me up at that point. So I’m a mad rush I had to find transport to take me to the pick up point specified over the phone (after much confusion)! This incurred additional costs and stress….

The buss was impressively punctual. Texting an actual pin location for departure was immensely helpful. As a tourist sometimes there’s a disconnect in where I think I’m supposed to go and reality. The pinned location made it seamless and no doubt it was the location

The bus and Journey was great except I got there a bit before seven and my bus has left at 6:40 at that pick up point so I had to by another ticket. I Dont blame it on the company but on 12goasia. They do tell you to be there 30 minutes before but couldnt they not tell you the time of départure ar each pick up point ? The info is available on the nuego website. Next Time I Will book directly via nuego!

Autobus molto comodo ,aria condizionata ,sedili ampi e lounge di attesa davvero pulita ,non sembrava di stare in India quasi .

THE BUS WAS black and not white like in the picture. The place was easy to find, and they called me an hour before time too. They don't really speak English. The AC was working but I didn't use it at all. The ride was alright. I will take it again.

Unclear where to wait for coach ( owner of India Oil pump let us in cool rm ). Instruction to be there half hr before was redundant!
Then drop off @ Tikal hospital turned out to be wrong hospital of two same.. so were half hr away & had to Uber in to hotel !

Bus departed 90 minutes late. I even don't know if that was the right bus, but my ticket was accepted and I got to my destination. Don't expect punctuality in India.

We arrived, but it wasn’t a comfortable trip. I killed 18 mosquitoes along the way - not counting the unconfirmed kills. Unfortunately, two got my leg.
I don’t know where they leave that bus overnight, but this was completely avoidable. There were two stops along the way despite the fact that we were delayed, which I didn’t really understand, but maybe that’s just how things work here. During the break, the bus was left in the sun. The air conditioning was working while we were driving.

Ridiculous driving, totally unnecessary, very uncomfortable due to the driving, the driver even cut someone off to argue with them. The bus was old but OK and we got there, albeit and hour or so late.
The company is shocking aswell. No help whatsoever.
Get there at least an hour early to find the people you need to speak to because no one is of any help.

Bus was fine, arrived on time however it was advertised as arriving at 1:15 but didn't arrive until 2:20pm and there was no possible way it was ever going to arrive at 1:15, we were in no rush so not a big deal for us, but the times should be changed to reflect the reality of the arrival time for future travellers.

The bus was on time, seats were comfy, drivers were respectful, there were free water bottles for customers, we had a stop in a very good restaurant on the road and the bus actually arrived almost one hour earlier than planned.

The bus that we taken is a little bit dusty.
If you can't stand with the horn, don't go.
As we have already make up our mind before entering the bus so the horn is not so disturbing us.
At around 2pm, they did stop 10’ for guests to WC and quick snack and drink with cheap price.
Remember to give the driver assistance for the destination so they will let you know once arrive.
There’s a Nuego office for boarding and having the staff for checking your ticket and confirm that you’re on the right point to board. But remember to use google streetview to see exact location. There’s no WC in the office. Be prepared!

I missed my bus.
The address provided isn't very clear. When I tried calling the number provided, it was even more confusing because it was answered by an answering machine. They should add the detail to go right after exiting gate 8, then continue straight ahead and enter the building, where there will be a security checkpoint.

The bus was very old and dirty. They charged me to choose my seats, and then they gave me random ones, so I was very uncomfortable the entire trip. It took three hours longer than expected.

Communication with the operator was difficult and inaccurate - including telling me at one stage that my booking had been cancelled: it had not. Information regarding the pickup point at Mahabalipuram was hard to verify, and when the pickup time was more than 30 minutes overdue, trying to get an updated ETA was also very difficult. The bus finally appeared at the same time that the chat support service was telling us the bus was still delayed. When we boarded the bus we were glad that it was clean and comfortable, but the driving was awful. Very erratic, veneering from side to side, and sudden, sharp breaking. I cannot recommend this service.

Beautiful newish buses. Lovely timely service. The operator called us in the morning. Overall awesome. Given 4 stars as it was an early morning service and the driver was playing loud screeching type music when many were sleeping. Also while overal seat space was large, the seat itself was a bit small. I had an isle seat and people passing up and down were accidentally banging against me while passing thru. Still we would defy use Nuego again.

the pick up and drop off points were exactly where indicated. the bus was on time. it was very comfortable and air conditioned.
the trip was perfect with a stop for food. booking was very easy and the seats were assigned correctly. we recommend it for tourists.

I almost missed the bus because the address wasn't clear enough.
And the driver didn't stop using his horn for a second, which was very annoying and disturbing.
Plus, if there should be only 3 stops in the beginning and 3 stops at the end, why there were 5-6 stops to lift people to the bus with so much waiting without air conditioning?
