Very efficient airline. Everything went well. By booking with 12Go I was not able to edit my booking to add additional luggage (its not included). I had to call the hotline.

Everything went well, but I had to pay extra 2000 Baht for one luggage. In my booking it was included for several routes or a much lower price for all other routes. But at the airport they told me that nothig is in their system, I have to pay. Some other tourists had the same problem. Seems not to be the only case.

First we booked via 12go.Asia, to book the luggage it was not possible through the website. I contacted support, they answer me but not my question, just a standard answer automated probably. Three times I had to ask my (simple) question.
Finally I received a telephone number to call, nok numbers on website were not reachable, finally I could book luggage by telephone.
Flight was 2 hours delayed due to operational issues,

Our desk agent was training and wasn't made aware of the maximum amount a guest should pay for a checked bag so I almost had a heart attack when she told me it would cost $250 for my bag that I originally only planned to pay 40/60 dollar for... I couldn't access my email with my confirmation of this because the airport wifi takes like 5 tries to connect.

Check in was easy - I'd booked 25kg of checked baggage in advance and there was no trouble. Seats were comfy for a budget economy airline and staff was friendly. Flight was quick with only slight turbulence near the end. Well worth the price.

Great driver who drove excellent and arrived on time , unfortunately all bags did not fit so we had to fit the remaining bags in the aisle. At one point there was a water leakage from the roof but the driver fixed it during the ferry ride.

The flight was on time and everything went well with. I'm giving 3 points only because the price displayed before I pushed the button to book was 1835 THB. I received the bill after with 2044 THB. So they charged me 209 THB without my consent. Not a big difference but it is absolutely illegal in my country and I guess in Thailand also.

Heel makkelijk om vlucht via 12 go asia te boeken. Inchecken via mobiel geen probleem. Zonder te vragen kregen we een stoel aangeboden bij een nooduitgang omdat we best lang zijn. Service!!

Alles hat gut geklappt, bis auf den Transfer vom Hafen zum Flughafen. Da gab es Platzprobleme im Bus. Man hat wohl das Gepäck der Passagiere nicht bedacht und somit musste ein Teil der Rückbank ausgebaut werden um Platz zu schaffen. Ich wurde dann nach vorne auf den mittleren Sitz verfrachtet. Ziemlich hart und ohne Gurt. Der Fahrer fuhr allerdings sehr angepasst und umsichtig.
Das Problem sollte mal beim Transporteur angesprochen werden, kommt evtl. häufiger vor.

The flight arrived 45min. late and We lost our Ferry to Phi phi. I don't know if it was some punctual. But becareful when you plane ypurr trip and you have to connect with other services.

Быстро, комфортно. Хороший самолетик, у стюардесс очень прикольная форма канареечного цвета) Вылет чуть задержали (и слава Богу, я на него успела), но не критично, долетели очень быстро. Дают маленькую бутылочку воды бесплатно.

There was very little guidance at the airport as to where to go and how to get there. The plane was late, which of course happens, but there was no communication when it would arrive or any updates at all.

Llegamos con el tiempo justo a Chumphon para subir al avion, pero en el Aeropuerto solo hay 1 puerta de embarque, y nos estan esperando para salir, nosotros hicimos cheak in por el movil, y no nos pesaron las mochilas, pasamos directo, te recomiendo hacerlo si vas un poco pasado de peso.. Despues todo ok, recomiendo
