Leg room was amazing, you have a good meter if not 1.5m in front of you, so you can properly recline your seat, almost horizontally. You get a blanket, a small pillow, a bottle of water and a small pack of snacks. The bus is a bit run down, but nothing dramatic. The weird thing is the stop in the middle of the night at a 24hours restaurant (it was around 12am/1am), where you don't realise how long you have, if you have time for getting food, and it's a bit stressful. Having a sandwich ready with you will make it easier I reckon.

No information about any stops in between and the length of it and about the arrival time. I nearly missed the boat to the Islands. A bit more conversation between staff and costumers was great! The luggage was handled very rude.

Le bus est parti à l’heure il y a assez d’espace pour les jambes l’inclinaison du dossier est correct vous avez une bouteille d’eau une boisson et un sandwich ainsi qu’un petit coussin et une couverture bien appréciable De préférence prendre les places devant et non pas celle du milieu car vous avez l’air froid de la porte centrale et surtout pas la dernière rangée contre la vitre beaucoup de vibrations dans le bus Nous sommes arrivés avec une heure d’avance qui n’était pas pour nous un inconvénient Gros point négatif les toilettes impraticable impossible de s’asseoir à cause de la cloison dont vous faites vos besoins en équilibre et ayez les narines musclés :)

No toilet on board and no information about planed breaks. Bus was faster than we thought, 6:00 am instead of 7:30 am arrive in Ranong. Seats were very confortabel!

Appearantly this company has 2 VIP 24 seats buses. Unfortunately I traveled with the very old one. Nothing VIP about it :). Don't book the seats on the last row as you won't be able to pull down the back of the chair. The isolated last seat being the worst of all as the seat just in front of it is very close so you can't stretch your legs either. No luck for me there. But the crew and driver with very friendly and we arrived on time.

Bus needs some renovation but overall trip was smooth and fast. And I recommend you to book a bus with 24 seats, there's more leg space rather than a 30+ seats bus

Trip to Ranong from Bangkok was very smooth, comfortable seat, little snack, juice and water, the only flaw that almost ruined it was a water leak it started raining about halfway there and I woke up cause I got rained on. Luckily the bus wasn't full so I switched seat. Thank you for bringing me safe and sound to destination.

Sehr komfortable Sitze! Einen kleinen Snack und ein kleines Wasser gabs auch. Wir sind schon morgens um 5:45h in Ranong. Mussten dann bis 7:30h auf die Fähre nach Koh Phayam warten.

Unfriendly crew, no service on board, defunct safety belts, defunct toilet, busdriver smoking in the cabin, too many stops, noisily talking crew prevented us from sleeping. No free meal. The only positive: We arrived safely after all and in time. Don't book at Newmits Tours, others offer better service

Pünktliche Abfahrt. Bequeme Sitze mit sehr viel Beinfreiheit. Man bekommt einen kleinen Snack, Wasser und Saft, sowie eine Decke und ein Kissen für die Fahrt. Der Bus macht nach ca. der halben Strecke einen kleinen Stop an einer Raststätte. Waren dann trotzdem schon 1 Stunde vor der geplanten Ankunft am Zielort. Jederzeit wieder.

we use 12go via niomit every year. Good service, friendly stuff, usefull information from 12go. Traveling in asia sometimes tricky but everytimes it works because Thai staff find suitable solutions.

The bus driver is good-driving and arrive Ranong earlier than estimated. However, seats are not clean and the air-condition is not strong enough. It should be more well-prepared to become a good selection.

Bus confortables. Manque d'information de la part du personnel à bord, notamment lors de l'arrêt principal .personnel absent du bus immédiatement après l'arrêt, impossible de savoir de combien de temps nous disposions pour aller se rafraîchir donc il ne fut pas possible de quitter le bus.

Zuverlässiges Busunternehmen. Bus kam pünktlich in Ranong am Busterminal an. Bequeme Sitze, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Alles in allem eine gute Möglichkeit um über Nacht von Ranong nach Bangkok zu reisen. Wir würden wieder mit Niomit reisen.

Es gab kleine snacks und ein kleines Wasser. Dazu decken und ein Kissen, die Klimaanlagen Abdeckung über mir war defekt weshalb ich voll Power Kälte Luft hatte. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig und ich konnte recht gut schlafen.

War ok, Die Fahrer bzw. Reiseleiter sollten vielleicht ne halbe Stunde vor stop Bescheid geben das man an der und der Busstation ankommt.wir sind durch Zufall wach geworden weil der Bus angehalten hat.hatten nicht mal 5 min um unser Zeug zusammen zu suchen und den Bus zu verlassen

Pünktliche Abfahrt. Bus sehr gut, viel Platz,jedoch wäre es besser, wenn man die Fussteile etwas höher, stellen kann,damit man mehr waagerecht liegt. Do rutscht man immer etwas runter. Durchsagen von Pausen,Haltestellen wären besser. 2 Getränke,Muffin,Kopfkissen,Decke waren vorhanden. Viel bessere Bequemlichkeit als im Flugzeug. Crew konnte etwas mehr Rücksicht auf Ruhe nehmen. Zeitweise it durch Handynutzung. Ankündigung reibungslos. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Molto confortevole il viaggio. Posti molto spaziosi e distanti, personale gentile e a disposizione mettono coperta pulita, cuscino,acqua,biscotti e salviette rinfrescanti. Forse un pochino troppa aria condizionata.

I've never had such an overnight bustrip like this one. The bus seemed to be pretty new, there were drinks & snacks + a blanket and a pillow provided. There was just one toilet break, but otherwise only short pick-ups, so there was no problem in getting a good amount of sleep.

Unproblematisches Onlineportal. Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Man sollte allerdings vor Buchung prüfen, ob man den Mailanhang ausdrucken kann, insbesondere, wenn man im Ausland in einem Internetcafe ist!

Sehr guter Fahrer. Die Straße nach Ranong ist sehr kurvenreich und dann entlang der Schnellstraße jede Menge Baustellen. Dazu viele Stops unterwegs, sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Beim mitternächtlichen Aufenthalt weiß man nicht wann es weitergeht da das Personal kein Englisch spricht. Der Bus selbst ist halbwegs ok. In Bangkok kann man direkt an der Khao San Road aussteigen.

Perfect! No problem with thé driving. The bus pas on Time in departure and arrived even sooner in Ranong. Thé accommodation was ok top sleep all Travel long. The only thing was that they didnt warn us or turn on lights before arrival. So everybody was a bit surprised and didnt know at which stop exactly we had tout get out of thé bus in order toi reach koh phayam Pier.

Hey hey ... i am a bit confused. The Lady at the southern Bus Terminal says to me that i had booked for 4 persons... and i think thats the Tessin while i payed around 30€ for the onewayticket... my voucher says 2 persons, ne and my daughter... it will be very nice if you can give me a groupon for the way back from ranong to Bangkok...please let me know if its possible... big greets from kho phayam , Rhiana Riechers

sehr bequeme und verstellbare Sitze (Rückenteil und Fussteil), es gab ein Kissen und eine Decke. Außerdem Wasser, Saft und einen kleinen Snack im Bus. Während der Fahrt machten wir einen Stop und bekamen auch eine warme Mahlzeit. Mehr Platz als in jedem Flieger also nur zu empfehlen.

Im großen und ganzen war die Reise mit dem Bus gut, es gab Kissen, decken und man könnte den Sitz etwas in liege Position stellen. Klimaanlage war im hinteren Bereich des Busses bisschen laut.

Sehr gut! Viel Platz und man kann relativ komfortabel schlafen. Klima ist sehr kalt, bei der Luftfeuchtigkeit aber unerlässlich! Transfer über Nacht sehr empfehlenswert.

Point fort:départ a l'heure. Points faibles: bus vieillot style année 6o,Sièges inconfortables, gros cafards se promenant sous les sièges, pas d'annonce des arrêts successifs aussi ns avons manqué notre arrêt a Bangkok. Impossible de lire au depart car lumieres eteintes dès 8h15 ensuite arrêt vers minuit je ne sais où et lumière ds les yeux... Très agréable lorsquon est endormi.... N'est pas a la hauteur dun bus VIP et du prix pratiqué (700 bahts). Tres déçue par cette experience avec Niomit tour...

Bequeme Sitze, es fühlte sich an wie in einem Liegestuhl, besser als in jedem Bus in Europa! Leckerer Bananenkuchen! Der Bus wurde sicher von A nach B gefahren!

An sich war der Bus super. Man hätte viel Platz und ein Kissen und eine Decke. Allerdings gab es keine Durchsagen!!! Man wusste nicht genau, wann man aussteigen soll und wir lang man Pause hat. Im Endeffekt hab es eine ca 5- 10Min. Pause, nach der einfach abgefahren wurde, ohne zu gucken, ob alle wieder im bus waren. Auch der Transfer zwischen Bus und Schiff war anstrengend und verlief nicht reibungslos. Das TukTuk war komplett überfüllt! Wir hatten das speedboot mit drinne, dort verlief alles gut. Zum Glück dürften wir ein 3 Boote eher nehmen, da der Bus zu früh ankam! Alles in allem war es ok, aber nicht wirklich mehr..

Punctual departure and arrival.. reclining seats were ok but not fantastic - more suited to 5 ft Thais than 6 ft brits. Info about dutration of stops would have been nice - hard to know if there was time for a toilet break when we stopped in the middle of the night. But generally a good service at a good price.
