We left about 20 minutes late but we arrived on time which I find surprising because I travel Thailand quite a bit on buses and they're always late but I plan my trips around that. There was a person on the bus to make sure everything was okay and everybody was comfortable. We had a food voucher when we stopped we had a little bit of Thai food the seats were comfortable and the temperature was comfortable

Very uncomfortable to sit, almost no space for legs and everything hurt by the end of the trip. Otherwise all good.

13 hour journey. Bus left and arrived on time. Staff were efficient and professional but not very smiley. 🙂 Provided with drinks, a snack for the journey and also a meal and coffee at the halfway stop. Very glad to find USB ports for each passenger. Toilets were very small and I found the seats uncomfortable. They are fixed and do not recline. The luggage rack is small too. Overall I was satisfied with the service and cost.
