The trip took a bit longer than as described (6.5 hour and not 5.5 hour). Furthermore it was not the VIP-bus we expected. For example: when booking, the website said the bus would have tv-screens. This is not the case. It’s just a regular bus but with less people (the size is somewhere in between a minibus/van and a regular bus)

Bus was very comfortable and the staff very nice, but it took more than 7 hours so much longer then expected and many stops without even new passangers.

Only one bathroom break was scheduled and the trip took MUCH longer than 5 hours. It was 7.5 hours

They forced me to sit at the front when the bus was empty. I was travelling for a race, so the cramped front seat was uncomfortable.

It wasn't too bad, did the job of taking me from Krabi to Phuket, for very cheap, so obviously don't expect any luxury or even confort. The AC worked okay and there was one bathroom break, so it was fine. On the downside, the bus was quite late, it's a bus for the locals so nobody spoke English naturally which was a bit challenging when I tried to get information on how to catch a city bus in Phuket. The worst was that the seats are so small my and my neighbor's shoulders were pressed together the whole time, sweating against each other... you get what you pay for ;)

Driver and assistant not very smiley and ask me where i was going when we stop for a break, he light Up a cigarette and i told him i was going to the restroom. No one told us about a bathroom break.

The ticket company told us to go to Terminal 1, but actually were leaving from Terminal 2. We didn't know until we spoke to someone at Terminal 1 from a different company. A Thai lady called us and was mad we were at the wrong terminal despite clearly booking to leave from Terminal 1. Do not reccomend if you want stress free trip!!

Bus running late and the 7.30 pm bus didn't arrive because the service was cancelled and I had to get 20.00pm bus and I nearly didn't get back to phuket bus station
