Not only did the company pick me up right from my hotel, they also dropped me off at my next hotel (you just need to text the number provided and ask)! Very smooth and easy ride as well from Da Nang to Hue! The driver was only a few minutes late to pick me up (as expected) but I was in contact with them the whole time. Then, we went on some little detour to deliver a package (maybe?) and arrived 30 minutes late which wasn't a big deal at all to me but just want to make sure people know that it is a possibility and no one is perfect!!

Pros: driver was kind, communication from company was quick and available, car was comfy Cons: late start, 4+ hours to get there, not clear that this service wasn't a direct transfer but instead we made a ton of stops to pick up people and packages, and then dropped them off. As with travel, it's an experience and a story, but this felt a little misleading. So if you have time and aren't in a hurry this is fine

Très bonne communication par WhatsApp avec la compagnie. Ils sont réactifs et efficaces. Le chauffeur était à l'heure. Très bonne conduite du chauffeur, il était prudent et avait une conduite souple et agréable. Je recommande vivement cette compagnie.

Doporučuji nebrat úplně zadní sedadlo. Velmi malý prostor na sezení a velmi nekomfortní cesta, budete tam létat jak kufr 😁.
