driver never turned up and made us two hours late waiting for alternative driver. bus a bit old.

the buses are a bit old. the outbound journey was pretty much on time, but one of the seat belts didn’t work. the driver for the return journey never showed up and made us about two hours late waiting for alternative driver.

Changed departure time from 14:10 to 13:30 - but accommodated our being late by picking us up elsewhere in town at 13:45 Bus was new and seats in back looked comfy but they’ll sell tickets for two in front of van too so you could get either

We were 5 passangers + the driver + the luggages cramped into a normal 7 seats car. Its was not what was advertised and expected. It was very uncomfortable. The driver drove too fast and there was no bathroom breaks in the almost 4h drive (construction site on the road delayed us). The driver never spoke ro us or made eye contact. Things were unclear. Not a good ride.

The bus was 40 minutes late. It was very hot with no shade at the pick up point, The Hanoi Opera House. The drivers were very nice. It would be good to have usb c cable outlet to charge phone.

It was dark and foggy, with lots of turns. The driver was going fast and sometimes driving against the traffic. He overtook on bends and even when cars were coming the other way. In short, it was frightening driving. They never contacted us to confirm the time or the meeting place (it was Tet, so we wanted to make sure they were working). We had to ask someone to call them then they sent us a confirmation message.

Todo muy bien pero se les olvido una persona y perdinos 25-30 minutos porque tuvo que volver a buscarla . Por lo demas muy bien

À l’aller, on vous récupère à un point de rendez-vous vous pour vous emmener à un autre point de départ, ce qu’on a finit par comprendre. Notre chauffeur a refuser de communiquer avec nous malgres Google traduction pour nous expliquer cela et nous a simplement laisser sur le bord d’une autoroute après avoir roulé 30min sans vouloir nous donner d’info. On a par la suite était récupéré par le plus gros bus pour le départ. À l’aller le trajet s’est plutôt bien passé, on s’attendait pas non plus au truc super confortable en ayant choisi la compagnie la moins cher. En revanche au retour, la conduite était terrible et dangereuse, on avait l’impression d’être dans une attraction et encore plus sur les siège à l’arrière ou les ceintures ne marchent pas et donne l’impression si il y a un ressort sous le siège, pas le meilleur trajet …

El chofer me pasó a buscar por la Ópera de Hanoi a la hora acordada. La camioneta era cómoda porque tenía butacas grandes pero la mía estaba rota y no se reclinaba. El chofer muy amable y simpático.
