Bus identification - We booked ticket from Prague to Krakow and the bus operator is Like bus. We are on time are the platform. A bus came to that platform 30min before our departure time. Bus it doesn't have the like bus logo and the route details mentioned on the windshield is different. How on earth anybody can expect that it is the bus that I need to board. I waited and called info bus, but no response. Just few min before bus leaving, the driver called our for Krakow then we came to know. Staff behavior - I was placing my luggage in the luggage section, suddenly driver came and tapped me on my shoulder hardly and said something in Ukrainian language which I couldn't understand. But it was embarrassing moment for me. Bus inside - the seats are small and not comfortable. All the windows are closed, and someone was drinking alcohol on the bus. The stinky smell, kids were about to vomit. Driving - Drivier drove the bus very slowly even the road is free and no vehicles blocking him. Overall th journey took longer time and bored.

1. you specified a departure time of 1.00 AM, but in fact the bus left at 1.30 AM - we arrived at the point of departure, but there is no bus.... it was a very unpleasant experience. if you don't know the bus schedules, don't sell tickets. and also half an hour is critically important in the case of a transfer to the airport , because we could not catch our flight. if we knew that the departure is at 1.30, then we would have taken the previous bus to have a reserve and not worry about whether we would catch the flight or not. 2. you have sold tickets for transportation by a large tourist bus (it was on foto). in fact, we were being driven by a minibus - this is a completely different level of safety and comfort. 3. the tickets costs 15 euros and you sold it to me for 21 euros, your commission is 40% - it is not normal, especially considering all your mistakes 4. when buying tickets, you require to specify too much information about me. I don't think all this information is necessary for a trip on a regular local minibus... I got the feeling that you collect information about customers and use it for other purposes.

Tiny chairs Stressed driver And the other guy from the stuff got mad every time a minor inconvenience would happen Like me and another guy forgot our passports in the luggage It took us 1 min to get them, but 10 mins of the driver complaining that we should have left then home Like seriously? Also we departed one hour later then scheduled Arrived 6 hours later then scheduled due to long wait at the border, but I think it would make sense to inform customers that the delay can be so bad Some woman faled to make it to the airport on time
