The boat was 90min late and it did a stop in Gili Air and Lombok before going to Bali. Travel time on boat was 4 hours not 2 hours. It was an older boat that had lots of petrol fumes coming in. I recommend going with a bigger boat if you want to get back to Bali quicker.

Boat was late and no announcements from staff. They tell you arrive 30 - 60 mins before departure, and you just sit there with no info. Hot and crowded seating area because boat was overbooked. It was a fast trip so could have been worse.. Also note that customs agents are charging 10,000 port entrance fee at Gili Air when published cost is 5,000. I mentioned to the ticket agent but was told it 'separate' from them #scammers

The boat was 3 hours late, no AC, motor stopped, and to little places or to many people on the boat, about 20 people had to sit on uppper deck

They didn’t informed us about any thing.. and every time we tried to ask, they told us just to wait in the cafe next door.. then some lady called some names but not ours, we were the last one in the cafe, I asked her, but no respond.. everyone walked away without us.. we tried to follow but couldn’t make it we nearly didn’t make the ferry…. Also to many people on the boat

Wasn't horrendous but it wasn't clear where to change our voucher for a ticket and on the boat the door to the main cabin (where everyone was sat) was locked which was strange especially because that door was labelled as emergency exit! Someone was feeling really hot and faint and they were banging on the door....but no response from any of the crew!

Really dangerous boat, alot of waves hit the sides of the boat and sometimes it looked like the boat was going to capsize. The safety when the boat would capsize is also really poor, small windows that cant be opened and small doors. Eventually we were close to Padang Bai but it stopped several times bevore getting there. There was no communication why the boat stopped.

Wir waren nach all den Rezensionen ein wenig skeptisch. Müssen am Ende aber sagen, dass alles glatt lief und wir eine gute Fahrt nach Lombock hatten. Wir sind jedoch doch auf einem Boot von Manta Express mitgefahren und nicht wie ursprünglich gebucht bei Karuniya Jaya.

1,5 Hour delay without any information. Padang Bai has an extra tax 10K, payment separately at the harbour and then they check the receipt again at the entrance, very annoying!

The boat didn’t go as planned directly from Gili. We had to take a local boat and there was no help with our luggage. The staff was friendly though and showed us the way to the boat to Lombok. From there we had to take a speed boat which was very old. I’m happy we made it back to Bali safe.

A few seats were not very steady, but in total its fine. Its one of the cheaper operators. So you get what you pay for
