Good option to get from Vientiane to Pakse. Spacious Beds and good aircon. Pillows and blankets are provided. It looked like one of the better sleeper buses leaving the bus station. I would recommend it. Keep in mind you'll share your bed with someone else if you're traveling alone (otherwise buy 2 tickets).

Didn’t know where to go to find my bus. Asked around and got directed to a bus. Operator was confused with my e-ticket. They didn’t want to allow me on the bus until I went to the ‘office’ and even there admin asked for my ticket. Admin scribbled a ticket on a piece of paper with which I could embark. Not a smooth experience. Sleepers uncomfortable (short & hard) for European/ Caucasian size.

The bus and the sleeping situation where perfect, the bad thing was that the bus arrives in thakhek at 2 a.m. and not as written in the booking confirmation at 5 am. We where lucky to find a hostel with late night check in otherwise we would have had to spend the night at the busstation

Everything was as expected i was sleeping the whole ride its cold at the border so bring sneakers and jackets. They didnt speak any english and bus had wifi but i didnt know the password. They left you somewhere nowhere in the hanoi but its okey grab is cheap.

Not what we were sold. We paid for double bed sleeper bus and ended up with cramped single seater pods. No toilet on the bus either. It was not a fun journey.

I used your site for the first time because I don't understand Lao well and I was worried that the bus tickets would be sold out. I knew about your site before because a Japanese YouTuber introduced 12Go. This time the bus fare was the equivalent of 4,600 yen in Japanese yen, but you and the bus company charged a commission of about 4,000 yen, which I was not happy about. The bus that was introduced on your site was a new bus with privacy in mind, with curtains on the aisle side. However, in reality it was an old bus and there were curtains only on the window side.

You can survive but it's anything but luxury. Windshield was broken, bus was run down but we arrived in time ;)

Bus was way older than the one I bought.
Bus was loaded with a lot of things that weren’t from passengers even inside the bus.

Die Einweisung der Plätze im Bus waren sehr unfreundlich . Der Bus als solches war alles aber nicht hygienisch. Der ist einfach runtergerockt. Es wurde eine Rast gemacht wo alle bedient wurden außer wir westlichen Touristen. Uns wurde zum Schluss quasi was hingestellt was bezahlt werden musste. Die Pässe wurden einem abgenommen ohne das man wusste wie was weiter geht,die es zum Grenzübergang nach hinterher laufen zurück gab. Zudem zahlt man die Aus und Einreise ohne Wechselgeld,was nirgends zu lesen war. Wahrscheinlich darf man für den Preis nichts anderes erwarten. Wenn es keine andere alternative gibt bleibt einem nichts anderes.

Le bus est confortable, mais pas très propre.
Il y a eu 1 pause toilette, et une pause repas vers 23h. Le bus s’arrête à la frontière vers 3h du matin en attendant l’ouverture de la frontière.
Compter plusieurs heures pour le passage de la frontière.
Le bus nous a déposé loin de la ville, mais des grab/taxi sont disponibles depuis cette endroit.
C’est un peu cher, il est peut-être possible de trouver moins cher via les hôtels pour le service 😊
