There was confusion at the ticket counter when I showed her a copy of the email I got confirming. Another woman in the office helped to explain it. When we got to Koh Samet Pier we were quite confused. The description of the boat ride said it was 40 minutes and it only took 10 minutes. It took me quite a while to accept that we were on the right boat at the right pier. I don’t understand how everyone isn’t confused by that when they arrive.

No problems at all, service good. Getting on and off was a bit tricky especially for the more elderly so a member of staff should be there to help. I helped many people on myself.

“Fast boat” supposed to leave at 11:30am but they waited 20mins for some late customer while the boat was 90% of passenger already!
The actual joinery was only 15 minutes…

The pier was easy to find and the staff took care of our luggage so we didn't have to carry them to the pier. Great company and only 10mins speedboat trip that went smoothly :)

The staff were excellent. Speak English and give clear instructions on where to wait and come get you for the ferry. Also they handle your luggage from the ticket counter to the pier on the island.
