Bus très confortable et voyage agréable. Excellent service. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles a cause du retard au départ,(20/25 minutes),sans explications, mais je recommande quand même .

A perfect ride. A bit more info about the number and duration of stops would be useful. Was lulled onto a false sense of security after 1.40 journey stop thinking we’d have at least another one on a 7 + hr journey - but that was it. But comfortable and happy.

Ticket said bus would depart from Phitsanulok bus terminal 1, this was incorrect, Kingdom Tours operates from Phitsanulok bus terminal 2. Luckily I had lots of time to transfer stations, but could've made me missed the bus if I hadn't arrived very early.
Otherwise everything was fine, Kingdom Tours is always very professional and arrives on schedule.

When book the bus, terminal number was ' terminal 1', however, I should move from 'terminal 1'
to ' terminal 2', because the bus operate only ' terminal 2', not service at ' termonal 1'.
I should pay more money in order to move the terminals.

No problems,checked in with Kingdom Tours at the bus station and sure enough there was my name in the computer.A polite young man issued me a ticket and I sat down to wait.The bus was late and I began to get a little nervous but a nice Thai lady showed me she had the same ticket and not to worry,the bus came about 10 minutes late which is certainly not a big deal.The ride was good,the driver was smooth and safe and the bus was newer and in good shape.12GO makes taking the bus easy as pie,just buy your ticket online and pick it up at the station,works like a charm.This was my second time using their service and I'm a believer now.

A Thai woman at the station asked where I was going and then directed me to the right ticket window,the woman at the ticket window was not very friendly but quickly printed me a ticket.The correct bus was a no brainer as all the slots have English signs.The driver and his assistant were helpful and friendly.The ride was OK even though the bus was old and was making some weird noises.The driver was excellent,safe and courteous.I will use this company again.

On the vucher we have terminal 1 and in the réal life it was terminal 2 in Phitsanulok. À little bit stress...

the trip was fine but it was not clear to us that we had to travel the last bit with a kind of taxi from terminal 2 to terminal 1. difficult if the stewardess did not speak English, but it did well.
