Bus was comfortable and the driver was obliging when dropping me off at my destination. However, the bus took 9 hrs 30 minutes instead of 7 hrs 30 mins. I admit the bus had to Chang a tyre en repute, but even so it would have still taken about 9 hrs. Also I was not oven the seat that I allocated when I booked the ticket

Good seats and ac for a long 10h journey! They even gave us food and water halfway the trip when the bus stopped!

Transport was booked at 10am, coach left at 10:30. Seats booked were soaked with water from failed AC unit on coach as we're 60% of the other seats! Coach company obviously aware as 10s of towels were use to mop water up. Coach was freezing as AC blowing on fully, for 9 hour trip.

Very unfriendly staff and we arrived 2 hours late at Bangkok terminal. The driver stopped for nearly 15 minute every 30km

The service is poor. The bus is not on time, passengers do not sit in their assigned seats, and there are frequent stops, resulting in a journey taking more than 20 hours, whereas it usually takes less than 8 hours.
