Поезд пришел вовремя! Это для Индии вообще шик) вагоны новые и чистые, дают постельное белье, подушку и одеяло. Чемоданы запихнули поглубже под сиденье и не нужно пристегивать цепью, как советовали. Ощущение безопасное. Разносили еду и чай.

Поезд опаздал на полтора часа…
Сам поезд чистый и относительно хороший, давали постельное белье, одеяло и подушку! Так что свое не нужно брать, хотя везде пишут обратное. Ехать комфортно, хоть и третий класс. Разносят еду и чай, мы не решились попробовать) туалет тоже нормальный( для Индии). В общем рекомендую. Чемоданы запихнули поглубже под сиденья и не пристегивали цепями( это тоже везде советуют из соображений безопасности), но обстановка была настолько комфортная что нам не пришлось этого делать.

So I’m really not fussy, and it’s not 12Go problem, it’s an Indian railway problem , too many people in one stall , no room for luggage , no space to sit or lay down comfortably for people over 6 feet. The AC was proper .

Exactly as sold. If you’re going by train in India 12Go are slightly (1or2 £/€/$) more expensive but about 865 million % easier than navigating Indian Railways ticketing system with a foreign card if you’re not used to it. Don’t forget to research and use the AC waiting rooms, cloakrooms(left luggage) and retiring rooms (actual night-before hotels) on the bigger stations. Rail travel in India rocks! 3AC class and up and you can forget about what the internet shows you. Clean, quick, comfy and well fed. Can’t complain.

Was okay but the window was dirty or broken, one could not see out of it. Also the people selling things on the train constantly pull the curtains open to increase their chance of selling, which woke us up several times.

Ticket booking with 12go was perfect. All other Indian forum's were very different. There was little to no help for tourists at the station. The train was OK. The meal is a nice touch for travellers. Again agra cantt full of scammers and no help for tourist.

All was perfect! The train arrived early to Coimbatore station and since it started from there, we could get in and make ourselves comfortable 15 minutes before departure. AC was good, not too cold. They served us a sreat snack with mango juice, samosa and some sweets and crackers... then after few hours veg dinner! Spicy but fresh and very tasty. The train went smooth and was very punctual. Service was good and the seats were very comfortable.

2S class is very crowded and no one sits in their assigned seats. We had 15 people in an 8 person space, people sitting in the luggage rack. But the train was on time.

The train was quite comfortable , we startet on time and arrived on time. The Waggon was full but the temperature was OK (we started quite in the early morning).Unfortunately me and my wife didn't get 2 places together ,so we had to ask other passengers to switch the place with us. This is what I don't like of 12GO, often you don't have the chance to choose the seat/berth :-(

It wasn't crowded at all, so it was fine. Is not a long trip so you can go there and just enjoy what happens around. The train was delayed for arround 40 min, not terrible

After controlling my ticket on the train, they made me pay an extra of Rs. 50 saying that the rate had changed. Besides that, the journey went very well. Train left right on time. The platform was no correct though, it was announced at #5 but was stationed at #6.

The train was 3 hours late (it’s ok for India) but impossible the check the status on the Indian railway website because the train was starting the day before. In the station no indications, fortunately I downloaded an app, without this app, impossible to know where and when the train come. When the train arrived it was not the same number but it was our train 😆 So not a bad experience but we have to be ready to spend time in the station

Foreign tourists who travelled on 1st AC from Gurgaon to Jaipur. Waiting room was comfortable. Train was easy to navigate. Our 'berths' were comfy with good view and air con, toilets not awful. Overall a very comfortable experience.

No nos avisaron de que el tren salía de otra estación de varanasi y nos presentamos en la que ponía en el boleto y la que constaba en Internet. Tuvimos que pagar otro transporte a la nueva estación y menos mal que fuimos con tiempo y se nos ocurrió preguntar en la estación que fueron los que nos dijeron que no salía desde allí.
El tren en primera clase estaba sucio y con basura dentro del camarote, nada que ver con las fotos. Podrían haber limpiado mientras estuvo parado en la estación antes de salir, por lo menos quitar toda la basura de la papelera.
Como dato bueno, el tren fue puntual

Customer support with this company is nonexistent. They are not equipped to assist in finding other means of travel when a flight or train gets canceled.
I had six legs of my journey in India. I had received six messages that there were failures in the bookings. I have also had six cancellations in the bookings. This company has less than 30% success rate. I am still having to search with another company to get the final leg of my journey booked.
I have a few hundred dollars worth of tickets that have canceled. They claim they will refund in 3 to 6 months. Would you care to bet if if they will do that or if I will have to contact my charge card company to get the money back from them?
