大巴旅行的缺点
- 城际大巴车站可能设在远离市中心的郊区，因而需要考虑到车站所需的时间和费用。有时候从车站到达目的地的费用可能比你预想的要高很多，因为仅有少数巴士公司运营这些线路而价格偏高。
- 在繁忙的周末或者旅游旺季，车票可能会很快售罄因而需要提前预订。
- 尽管大巴不像轮渡那样依赖天气，但要注意的是在某些季节或者某些地方，大巴也会因恶劣天气或者道路情况有所延误或者取消。

The driver pushed us to our beds like he was in a hurry, in a bad way. The bed is not flat and it was really uncomfortable. The driving style was the worst we have ever seen, because of the speed and the turns. Also, the driver was honking the whole trip. So, all that made it was impossible to sleep (in a sleeping bus). Moreover, we arrived 3 hours earlier than expected, so imagine the speed and it means, as well, 3 hour less of sleeping.

We were picked up by S Trips from our hostel and taken to the main bus. The cabins were clean and comfortable with water provided. Journey from Hanoi to Sapa went well with 2 stops along the way. Would recommend.

Pick up and arrival are on time. The driver is nice and confirm beforehand. Booked 3 cabin but one cabin did not have safety belt. The upper sleeper cabin is a bit shaky especially when the road is not smooth so you can't get good sleep.

Wonderful experience! I use klook to book several time and they are suddenly out of sleeper bus for next day's schedule and found 12go Asia! The bus operator who catered us was friendly, the business cabin is superb! It was one of the best bus journey we ever had!

Bus was very comfortable, driver was nice. Yes the driving was abrupt but it is kind of inevitable since the route is complicated. You just have to get used to it.
We had a free bottle of water and a blanket was available. Careful, food was not allowed.
