In general it was great! One thing was missing for me, who took this trip for the first time: nobody was there near the ship up until 15 min before the departure, and nobody could acknowledge to me that I am at the right place.

The ferry travel was very good. No problems. But there was a problem with 12GO information. Map information was incorrect.

Such a fantastic way to get from Vung Tau to HCMC! So much better than bus or even private car, which is how I initially traveled from HCMC to Vung Tau. Even with large luggage and multiple bags, the ferry trip was super easy. The ship itself was spotless (including the bathroom!), the service was very professional, and the views up the river were wonderful. I will use this service every time! The cabin is air-conditioned, but standing out on deck is also cool because there is shade and wind.
