Everything went smoothly, easy to find the gates at the KL Bus Station. Departured some minutes later than scheduled but passengers were kept informed. Direct trip to Melaka, no stop for toilet or snacks. AC level ok, we had our jumpers on. Bus clean and comfy, enough space for longer legs too.

There was no complimentary food/snack/drink nor steward on board. Driver did not help passengers with luggage at all. Bus and travel itself was ok.

Trip was alright. However, the driver could be better. He definitely should have helped passengers load their luggages, at least the ones who need help. Plus, he was constantly snacking while driving and seemed to not really care that much about anything.

The departure and arrival time of the bus was on time. As I'm a small person, the seat and legrooms were spacious for me. However, had to pay additional MYR 0.70 to print my boarding pass.

I was really looking forward to our bus trip to Singapour. The check in and boarding went really smoothly in Melaka.
Sadly the bus driver wasn't very nice. He usually was shouting at us with his commends.
1st stop happened when we needed to take our luggage through a check and than 2nd time at the border with passports. Unfortunately when we came back from the passport check the bus wasn't there. The driver did not wait for us. We were not even informed that he was not going to wait for us. Therefore we needed to ask other drivers and payed extra $5 per person to get to the Grand Hotel where we needed to call a taxi to get to our final destination. Overall we've overpaid for the journey and arrived really late at our hotel. Not happy at all

Bus driver was driving between 50-60 kph on the highway the whole trip with no cause. Everbody was overtaking our Bus. As a result we were about 20-25 minutes late at Kuala Lumpur.
Seats were ok but little space to put your legs.

This trip was very efficient; it left exactly at the scheduled time and arrived early in Kuala Lumpur. The bus was clean, spacious and air conditioned and the boarding process was very straightforward.

Driver was a. It grumpy shouting to us all that we needed to use the toilet before boarding as he wasn’t stopping.

Had to pay RM0.70/ticket extra in order to transform our online booking into bus tickets at the station's counter. Only way to avoid is booking directly via Malacca Bus Terminal's own website. It's not much but throws you off if you don't have any change on you. Screens at the lobby inform you about gate changes and boarding times. Our bus left almost on time, the seats were a bit wobbly and not very spacious with leg room just like on an airplane. Ride was otherwise quick and we arrived on time with no issues.
