I got the ticket manually from the agent. It think, it should be automatic e-ticket sent to my email. I argued a little with ferry operator. She said that I should give them a ticket from the agent?. I suggest the agent should make the procedure to simple as possible.

Pintas Fast Ferry was not Pintas Nor Fast. Two ways of Ferries both delayed. Had to print out Citra Indomas return trip PDF documents in order to exchange the boarding tickets, this is soooo troublesome, why cant just be like other ferry companies that used electronic booking to exchange boarding tickets.
