There were so many mosquitos on the bus! As much as we appreciated the chicken burger from McDonald’s it’s not enough food for 12 hours drive. Other bus companies stop at local buffet restaurants to have a proper meal. Also we didn’t stop once to use a bathroom! Otherwise the bus was comfy and took us from A to B on time.

In the first row there was no space for legs. In morning hours it was very cold in the bus. But we got one bottle of water and a Cheesburger.

Everything worked out pretty well. We got some blankets, water and burger from mc donald‘s for free. I was also able to sleep a few hours as you could lay back the seats. Would totally recommend it

The bus was what we expected, there was a toilet on board and air con. The staff handed out bottles of water and blankets and even stopped and got everyone a chicken burger from McDonald’s! Really great service from the staff. We were about an hour later than scheduled on our arrival but this is to be expected. Good value for money overall.

On a hard day I was so greatful for this company. I was stuck in Bangkok Skyrail and was definitely missing the bus. So I phoned the company and asked will they leave late or on time. They said keep them informed.
Time passed but by the time I got to the bus it was 18 minutes after departure time. They were so friendly about it and even waved us at the front of the bus station to make it easier. A group of people led us to the bus.
When we got on they drove the bus to MacDonald's and got everyone a burger. Like when does that happen in my country. Gave me blankets.

The bus ride was long. .the seats were somewhat comfortable. On board toilets suck. Super stinky. Next to impossible to use the toilet wile the bus was in motion. Only let us out for one time to use toilet on a 9 hour bus ride.

totally fine just the ac is crazy and you can’t turn it off. there is 2 hole ac things over your head and you can simply close them but hvere is another one that’s always putting tornados on your head so we were freezing like crazy and we got sick. i don’t know who survives that.. pack socks, long sleeves and a sweater and if you have something for your head. ac‘s are the most under-feared things when it comes to getting sick

The bus stopped only briefly in a few stops and arrived on time. The journey was smooth. The only remark is that, being vegetarian, I could not enjoy the burger that they gave us at the beginning of the trip and I could not buy anything else to eat, as they do not stop anywhere for people to go out and buy some snacks or food.

I told them I didn't have a charging port, but they wouldn't do it. They said they were going to have two packs and asked for an extra 100 baht for each pack. I didn't want to say much, so I gave it to them.

Driving slowly is okay and safe and I appreciate that. However, the estimated departure time was 5:30pm, and the estimated arrival time to Mae Sai was also shown as 5:30am, as the “fastest” route. That was the main reason why I chose this bus.
However, the bus actually went through the Nam district for only a few passengers, which caused a significant delay for most passengers. We finally arrived in Mae Sai around 8:30, which was more than 3 hours later than the estimated arrival time. This long ride around 15 hours made many passengers feel disappointed and very tired. Honestly, choosing a non-fastest route would have been better than this experience.
Besides that, the blankets smelled very bad, the toilet was not clean or good enough, and the seats were not very comfortable either. I would never choose this again. Pls make it better.

The bus left in time, the driver drove carefully, there were not many stops and all very short except from the linch break, we arrived in Mochit at 4:30 pm. It was very smooth and I will use this bus company again in the future

The driver was riding like crazy. I was in the very front and there were no seat belts. I thought I wouldn't make it. There were also no breaks for a 12h ride. The bus toilet was the most disgusting toilet I've ever seen and I'm used to very nasty ones.

Bus stop in Ayutthaya was not marked properly. Bus was late and noth the best quality. Could not regulate AC. IT WAS COLD

The information about the meeting point was unclear. The company called while the bus was waiting, but communication was impossible due to very poor call quality. We couldn't reply to the call by text message. The bus left without us because the meeting point was about 100 meters from the bus stop where we had positioned ourselves, according to the map.

The pdf with tickets had everything necessary to find the bus. Nice service, air condicationed and spacious bus.
We got a water and a snack (only minus point is that it was a McDonalds with no alternative options for vegetarians). Departure and arrival on time.

Terrible service. 30 minutes late. Then stopped 10 mins into the journey for a 30 min lunch for the driver and female assistant. Passengers were not allowed off and without AC, causing discomfort and stress.
On the way to Phitsanulok driver went to bus station 2 first before bus station 1, contradicting the schedule and making arrival +35mins late.
Drivers were not communicative and very rude when I asked which direction they were going in advance so I could make arrangements. But they just ignored me.

The ride itself was good. Finding the pickup point could be easier. There were 2 bus stations. One was oposite a 4 lane road in the same direction. The wrong station had the Name of the discription in the voucher but was not correct. The GPS pick up point were in between both stations but closer to the correct one. A picture of the pick up point could be an improvement

The bus was perfectly on time. Arrived two minutes early. The pick up point is in the yellow shed on the highway. They give you a little lunch and water. There is a toilet on the bus. We had also a 10 minutes break on the way. A jumper is recommended if you get cold with aircon. Perfect experience overall.
