Driving was not very safe--often passed cars on blind corners, didn't slow down at dangerous parts. The journey took about 2 hours longer than advertised. But the driver was friendly and the car was comfortable.

The driver was very experience. Very pleasant and definitely I felt very comfortable. Some drivers drive too fast, but this one drove perfect. We had a very pleasant journey and will definitely recommend.

El monovolumen estaba bien y el conductor condujo muy bien, llegamos en hora pero cada cierto tiempo tenía como que parar el motor y volver a arrancar, no se que le pasaba. Hicimos el viaje por dilijan, distinto al que hicimos para ir así que fenomenal porque vimos otra zona. Está ruta es mejor.

Честно говоря, поездке ноль звезд. 1)Водитель был груб без причины. Я приехала впервые, до этого ехала на Айреник тур Тбилиси -Ереван, а обратно купила ваш билет. Дорога для меня новая, я не поняла, где остановки, когда можно выйти, что брать с собой. На все мои вопросы он отвечал будто я клоп какой-то и мешаю ему пребывать в гордом молчании. 2)Было уже сильно душно, я попросила кондиционер включить (и это уже мы проехали больше половины пути). Он ответил «мы не включаем». Что значит эта фраза? Компания не разрешает включать кондиционер? Или он сам не хочет? 3) интернета конечно тоже не было, я даже не заикнулась спрашивать. Вывод: я ехала на Айреник-тур по маршруту Тбилиси-Ереван, и это была отличная поездка, если меня спросят как ехать, я точно не посоветую вашу компанию.

The ride was okey, the driver drove fast but we expected that. The only thing we did not like was confusing pick up location, because we were supposed to meet the driver next to the KFC at the entrance of the mall, not at the back of the mall.

The driver had to change the breaks because they were worn out. That’s totally unsafe to be on a vehicle on highway which is mostly mountains with no breaks.

The pick up place was very random, we got transferred to different spot and finally departed much later than 9am schedule. It also took longer time to arrive arrive in Yerevan - about 7 hours.

7:30 hours overall with short waiting at the borders ( Georgian-20 min, Armenian-5 min) ,too much unneccesary wasted time, too much breaks

12go.asia was absolutely fine and helpful.
The driver instead was not good. Non English speaking, not even trying to use some help. Not friendly. But he drove very fast, this was good. Border was very easy

In Georgia the cars has been very bad! In Armenia it was much better but there was no air conditioning in the car.

I read reviews and instantly was worried
However the driving was fine but the roads are windy which is not his fault.
Both drivers were on the phone 90% of the time.
But they did stop for breaks which is good
We had a van then transferred to car next border which was a bit uncomfortable in the back.
It also can be very hot in the car...if the car isnt going fast as they dont use ac.
Be aware some passengers hold passports than can delay the border...so give yourself time. The 5.5 journey did take...maybe 7.
It was fine.

The car was in terrible condition: the engine was clearly faulty, the car stalled several times, and loud pops came from the exhaust pipe periodically.

Seamless experience, attentive drivers, very fast customer service through their WhatsApp. I communicated with them all throughout because I was travelling alone and they really made me feel safe. I definitely recommend!!

The minivan was closer to a people smuggling van than anything else. It was tighter than ships travel in Europe, the pretty much non-existent trunk meant to have to travel with all the bags in the tiny spaces left in the people space or on top of us. It was 5 hours of hardship compared to our way up from Yerevan with a different company.
The staff, of course didn’t speak any English, which is ok, but had zero empathy or willingness to help or to understand us. Not friendly at all.
Really recommend to go with a different company.

Overall, very good experience. Driver arrived at 12go location on Google maps (behind Isani mall carrefour) in van with poputi written on it. Departed and arrived exactly on time and drive through winding roads was smooth. Border crossing was easy. One gas/bathroom stop. Although tricked into a middle seat as first to arrive (doors open on both sides of van!), two people left after border so I had a comfortable window seat for most of trip. I would definitely recommend, especially for the great views.

I was contacted to say that the 3pm journey that I had booked was not going ahead and that I could go at 1pm or 5pm. I really appreciated the communication and choice of other times. Having previously done the journey in the opposite direction, I was more confident with the pick up location. We stopped for a break to get fuel about halfway to the border and changed vehicles on the Georgian side. The driver showed us a picture of the license plate and vehicle that would collect us on the other side. I should say that the Corolla was having some transmission issues but we still arrived in good time.

My booking was originally made for 10.15am departure. I was contacted the night before and advised this had changed to 8.15am, luckily this was suitable for me.

The drivers did a great job getting us there. I was lucky there was an Armenian couple on the same journey who spoke good English. They helped me to find the transport at the mall and let me know what was happening on the journey through the border.

The pickup location needs to be more clearly marked. The instructions on the voucher were unclear. And at the pickup location, no one was there to help and no one even was aware that this was a pickup location.

Pick up on schedule from the parking lot behind the Isani Mall, grocery store and KFC restaurant. There's also a McDonald's next door.Walk through the small mall to find the parking lot where the van shows up.

The driver and van were fine but HQ made a mistake with my ticket and even though I confirmed they almost didn't let me on the van that I paid for an confirmed until the driver let me squeeze in with 3 other people in the middle row
