Again late of 1 hour and no information at the checkin only when arrived at gates area!! Air conditioning freezing in the plain. And for 1h10 of flight no services even no water provided.

I received a payment confirmation but I could not see my booking online. I needed go to the airport day before to have the final confirmation. Next day we arrived at the airport for check in, then they told us, (family of 3) that we should fly separately on 2 different flights. I did not agree and then they did all to have us on an more early flight. The groundstaff was very friendly and helpful and they managed us to get in time in the plane 🥲 But managing the flight info after booking and payment was not easy. Flight was short and good plane, and friendly plane staff.
