Easier if you can speak Thai like me. The one of the uncles at the local office can speak English pretty well, but no one on the bus. The non-Thai speaking ppl made it through as well, though.

Very comfortable, wifi and usb charging station worked very good in Malaysia, not in Thailand though. We arrived 1,5h after scheduled arriving time, which made me miss the last train and I needed to pay an expensive taxi during night instead.
Except of the very big delay, a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

For English speaking ppl very difficult. No info what is happening at the stops. Bathroom break? Crossing a border? Restaurant break? Random police control?

Everything was OK, great. they provided blanket and mineral water. My trip in Hatyai to Johor malaysia and Wifi is available in Malaysia only, no problem as hatyai to Thai Border only 2 hours. overall is good, nice comfortable.

บริการไม่สุภาพกับคนไทยและคนอังกฤษ
ดูแลไม่ดีเลย เทียบกับรถ VIP ในประเทศ
ที่นั่งปรับเอนเสีย ระหว่างทาง
Wifi ใช้ได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง และช้ามาก
ไม่มีห้องน้ำในรถ ???
ไม่สื่อสารกับผู้โดยสารให้ชัดเจน เรื่องการรอ เวลา เพิ่งมาทางรถบัสครั้งแรก
