Driver drove very safely and we felt so comfortable the entire time. The team was quick and efficient with communication. For our group of 5, it made much more sense than a shared shuttle. I strongly recommend Andaman Taxi :)

We kwamen vroeger aan op de luchthaven, 20 minuten om precies te zijn. De taxichauffeur stond klaar met het naambordje en in 35 minuten waren we van de luchthaven in Ao Nang. Fantastische rit gehad.

We get a taxi to get safe from point A to B. The most important thing is safety. Everything else comes later. The driver drove too fast at times. And he didn't have two hands on the weel. And he was calling one or two times.
About the rest of service: the driver was early, which was great. He arranged a stop with toilet break and 7 eleven. Perfect. Also his English was better than most Thai, also a plus. But again, safety is the most important. So next time (for 5 stars): two hands on the weel all the time, handsfree calling (prefer not at all!) and drive at a normal pace, no rush.

We boarded the bus and immediately realised that there was no leg room at all, and this was to be an 8 hour trip. We were then 30 minutes late leaving because the passenger manifest did not match the number of people on the bus. Thirty minutes was enough to know that my knees to start complaining. At the airport (BBK) we changed vehicles as 4 of us were continuing on to Bangkok, however we soon discovered that 2 of the others were being dropped at Ekkamai bus depot, and this was before our drop a Mochit bus depot. By the time we reached our hotel it had been a very long day.

The driver was there in time and the vehicle is comfy. But the driver was tired since the beginning of the 4-hour drive. He was almost falling asleep while driving. I advised him and said he could stop to take a coffee of he wants, but it has not worked. I stayed all the journey looking to the eyes of the driver and I had to put some rock'n roll to get the driver awakened.

Total drive was Surat Thani Airport to Cheow Lan Peir was 1hr 10mins.
Driver knew the roads really well.
Positive:
- Driver pick us up at the arrivals area
- Driver was super attentive to our needs
- navigated really well
- dropped off right at the pier where we need to catch the boat to our accommodation at khao sok.
- waited a bit for us to ensure we got to the right area. Very kind man.
- got us there in record time.
Negative:
- only this to comment on here was, car was a little dirty. Floors and seats clean, however car ceiling was very dirty and what looked like spray marks and an unknown black liquid.

Le chauffeur n'était pas prudent.
Nous avons payé plus cher pour avoir un véhicule privé et au lieu de cela nous avons eu un vieux van. Le chauffeur nous a passé quelqu'un au téléphone qui nous a dis que nous étions que deux dans le van donc nous serions confortables. Nous n'étions pas d'accord mais le véhicule étant là nous n'avions pas le choix. C'est un choix bien plus polluant.
De plus le conducteur était imprudent.

Met with a sign, easy to find driver, had to walk 100 meters to the van through grass and uneven pavement with 6 bags but after that, smooth ride straight to our obscure Khao Sok resort. Great driver.

The fact that our driver mentioned where we could stop and take photos with incredible views is a point that stands out for us (it was a flat fee so no benefit for him). We value occasions where ppl think about what their customers want and he exemplified this. Good driving but the thoughtfulness commends him.

Our taxi was exactly same as the pictures on 12Go
The driver was standing at the entrance with our name. Driver assisted with luggage.
It was a comfortable car with good AC.
The driver was familiar with our hotel.
The driver maintained at decent speed of 80 kmph, not too fast or slow.
We reached hotel at Ao Nang beach within 40 minutes.
Krabi airport is a much smaller airport as compared to the airports in Bangkok.
It took us less than 10 minutes to leave airport.
Great service. I will surely book again.
