bus was reasonably clean and comfortable, and they dropped us at our hostel instead of the bus station in Mui Ne. seat had a headrest cushion as well so that helped a lot.

Bus was a bit late but the journey seemed to go quickly. Staff were pleasant enough. I had the fear having read the reviews but honestly wasn't as bad as I expected

There is no toilet on the bus so it would be helpful if the driver would announce toilet breaks. There were two or three breaks but they weren't announced so we didn't know if we were just stopping to pick up people or if we could leave the bus to go to the bathroom
Also, the seats are too small for westerners

We booked a VIP bus. But apparently that bus was cancelled and what we got instead was the most uncomfortable bus in my life. Additionally we departed one hour late. However, the bus driver did make up the lost time down the road. So we arrived only half an hour later than on schedule
