I am glad I purchased my ticket in advance, securing a nice seat. The drive was nearly nine hours long, with a 45 minutes meal-break. The driver did an excellent job. Thank you.

Left and arrived on time but seats very uncomfortable and bus was very very cold. Please ask drivers to check tempetature with passrngers.

Sunday 30.12.2018 Bkk To Loei , 2 seats : departure 30 mn late ( but it could be usefull for some People next time it could be for us...) we arrive 1h30 late at Loei but works on road and a lot of trafic. Not new seats but confortable. AC can be shut or oriented. At the halts : clean toilets. quality, choice and price of restauration good. for us 60 years old it was ok. more informations in english about the next stop would be welcome : where, When and How long. Have Nice travell too! Pascale & Dominique FR.

A friend of mine was late for the departure but the driver and his assistant had been very kind and accommodating, they accepted to wait a bit before leaving and showed me where to get a ticket refund.
The seats of the bus were comfortable and it was possible to charge my phone in the bus during the travel.

The bus is clean, comfy and punctual. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The sandwiches and snacks provided by the bus operator are tasty too. Overall, a satisfactory superior service.

When i booked Online, the site describes the bus trip from Leoi to Morchit as "Direct" no mentioning of stops and would arrive at 16:00.
However, on my 08:00 trip, the bus made so many stops to pick up passengers, causing the arrival to be at 18:00 instead of 16:00.
Also, the air-conditioning fan is right above the passenger's head....Beware if you are bold like me...
