The one who checked the ticket was very unfriendly and rude! Ride was good, safe. The one who checked the ticket ripped my phone outta my hand while I was showing him the ticket instead of asking me! That’s impossible!!!! So rude!

Booking hour problem. There was a problem with booking hour. I bought ticket for specific hour but after that on my ticket there wasn't hour of departure ( only data ) . When I came to the station bus was almost ful ( There were few places but people kept them busy for others). So actually I took the last place. If I were few minutes later I wouldn't have place to seat and probably I wouldn't have gone to the airport at time...

Good value, but hazardous driving. Driver called another bus that came within few minutes because the bus that was there intially was full. Overall, the driver kept the speed limit. Driver didn't know you can buy online tickets, but he called the guy in charge of selling tickets and confirmed with him. So overall, no issue. We were in a long car queue in the middle of a busy road. The driver got impatient and overtook half the queue with other cars coming towards us. Dangerous. He drove fine the rest of the way.

Convenienti, puntuali e puliti. Gli autobus in andata sono facilmente identificabili fuori dall’aeroporto, sono convenienti puntuali e puliti. Nel mio caso era segnato l’orario delle 12 e delle 14, in realtà c’era anche un autobus alle 13 che faceva assolutamente al caso mio e che ho trovato per caso chiedendo al conducente Fermo.i biglietti valgono per tutte le 24 ore quindi non è stato un problema. Mentre la fermata dell’aeroporto è quella indicata, la fermata di Durazzo è alla stazione dei treni, che poi è anche il punto dove veniamo scesi. Purtroppo nell’e-mail di conferma per ripartire era segnata una stazione dei bus 500 m prima. Fortunatamente ho chiesto per tempo a delle persone ferme che mi hanno indicato la stazione dei treni, poi mentre mi spostavo ho chiamato il servizio clienti al numero indicato e mi hanno risposto in albanese ma poi anche in inglese, confermandomi che era la stazione dei treni. C’è da dire che il numero telefonico albanese Adis ha risposto immediatamente.

Un viaggio molto comodo e puntuale. La puntualità,e che anche a Durazzo esiste questo servizio da Durazzo a aeroporto e viceversa. Non posso dire nulla di negativo.
