The bus had overbooking, and a 30 minuts delayed and the because of the overbooking we had to wait 30 minuts to solve the problem, one passenger volunteered that's gonna take the fold up chair and even we did it go in time we stopped for a 30 minut lunch time and arrived and 1h later. Thei said that she is gonna get 50% of the ticket se got 5$ and the ticket was 15$. But the driver was driving very calm and safe.

Ride was fine just not quite as advertised. Importantly the Driver was good and aircon worked but... no wifi after 30 mins, power plugs didn't work, no seat belt on my seat, left 30 minutes late and only one stop

Comfortable bus drive, spacious seats, just the right amount of stops (2x short toilet break, 1x 30min lunch break), bus left on time and arrived earlier than expected in Sihanoukville, close to the pier.

The journey was ok, we left pretty much on time and arrived around expected time. The seats are not comfy, but I guess you get what you pay for. No complains.

The Bus was good and we started in Time, but it was very irritating that the Bus stops more than one time on the trip - die Toilette, for lunch and for Toilette again. Because of an traffic accident we arrived 3 hours later. That was very hard because the most people in the Bus couldn‘t arrive the ferry to one of the islands intime.

Tellement pratique : arrivé à ppenh le soir ā 9:30, le temps de se restaurer et de prendre un tuk tuk pour rejoindre le bus qui partait à 00:30 ... arrivée a sihanoukville au lever du jour sans sen rendre compte. .. 1 nuit d'hôtel économisé et 1 jour de gagné ...

Got the 8am bus, bus left an hour late after we got their early as it waited for people who were late, I don't mind a little wait but an hour is stupid without any explanation. Half the bus missed their ferries as we didn't arrive til about 4:20, what's the point in setting a departure time.. Also the bus stop should be near the pier in Sihanoukville where everybody is heading towards, they won't let you off near the pier so you have to waste about 15 minutes driving past it to catch a tuk tuk back up the road, shambles.

Booking process was simple and easy, van was comfortable however the driving was dangerous and erratic, we felt frightened and felt that the driver had no consideration for anyone's safety.

Operator didn’t seem to have much idea as to where I should be. Was dropped at the address advised on my booking but had to then get a tuk tuk to another depot. The operator had looked at my ticket twice but still didn’t sort it out until I queried it. Bus ride was very bumpy and cramped. Not comfortable at all.

Bus was fairly clean and comfortable. Bus drivers were very bad even by Cambodia standards: driving on the entire road, not paying attention to the road, honking every 2 nanoseconds, speaking loudly between them and having a picnic in front of the bus while driving
