No wifi even though that was said to be included. No free refreshments despite being first class. The cold water dispenser was only dispensing boiling hot water and when I went to the refreshment carriage and asked to fill my water bottle there I was told no by a very unfriendly train conductor.

Clean, on time, moderately comfortable. No complaints! Etickets came through almost immediately
