But the ferry company didnt allow me to get a refund so i am angry and rate it low

The boat was on time and luckily not much passengers. We can sit anywhere we wanted. The boat seems can withstand huge waves. Feels like being in a submarine when the boat battled with the waves and the water was leaking inside.

It says 3.5hrs but actually it took 5.5hrs. And the ferry was shaking a lot. Many people vomited. Terrible.

Not great at all. Some of the staff on board are nice but the boat is really old and there were lots of flies. The sea sickness was awful. About 50% of people were throwing up! I’d recommend getting a more expensive boat where you’d be more comfortable. The toilets were horrible and water would somehow leak in?

Well... the time of departure at 8h20am is convenient and that's pretty much it... It is indeed an old boat and you are in the lower deck with no air. It's a very rocky/bumpy ride and a lot of people got sick. The crew provided sickness bags. Good advice take medications for seasickness with you and warm clothes but for once the A.C. is not that cold. And yes the boat was late is was almost 5 hours and not 4 and you wait until they unload the luggages... If you want an early but not as early the 6am ferry and are not subject to seasickness it is okay... otherwise take a flight or the afternoon ferry.

The ferry started on time and the boarding process was quite smooth. The folks at the ferry terminal and their office are very helpful but...
The ferry seats are located below the deck and are very uncomfortable for a 4.5 hour journey. On our trip a number of people felt sick and had to repeatedly use the sea sickness bags. Not sure whether the other options are any better but in general is a very bad experience for such a long journey.

Too cramped for tall people (my height is 6.1)
Water dripping on the seat continually
Too crowded
And very Expensive. I could give 500-1000peso more next time and go in a flight instead

The boat was on time, and not overcrowded. The voice of the television was very high, but I asked the crew and they turned it down so that we could sleep, which I really appreciated. The negative things were a small cockroach which I saw on the boat, and the fact that there was no outside area to sit.

Made it safe, seats were comfortable, plenty of leg room, but a very unorganized check in process. Just go with the flow, and seats are assigned so you don’t have to rush to get on the boat or be first in line.

Crowded, seats way to close to each other. If you are over 190cm, it is almost impossible to sit without getting your knees smashed in the seat in front of you. We were told that the ac was very cold and that we should wear warm clothes. The ac was almost none existing. It was so warm and humid!

Worse!! Never again. They don't mind the waves being strong, they still run the boat very fast. We all puked inside because of it. They provided the plastic bags when a lot of the guests can't manage to go the the restroom because the lines are getting long. It was not well ventilated as well (I guess that's one factor). The crew should've been more concerned with the welfare of the guests than meeting the expected time arrival considering the situation. Shame to us Filipinos for letting foreigners experience such.

First half of the journey was the air conditioning at max and it was freezing cold inside. Then it got better. Thanks to reviews from other people we were prepared and had warm clothes wit us, so it was not a big deal for us. Other than that the journey was all right. It took approx 5 hours

It was good because we were assigned seats in the area with air conditioning. When we took Coron to El Nido, it was not a pleasant experience. It was way too hot, I don’t think the A/C can accommodate both rooms.
They also charged us an additional 20 pesos to give our ticket. This wasn’t mentioned online.

The ferry was good with a movie playing but the AC was very chilly and took more than 4 hours to reach destination as they departed late. Otherwise all good.

No communication at all from them. It took like 40min to pay fee taxes as there was a bunch of people all over each other and we didn’t know why, at the end we had to pay 20pesos per person as fee. Another wait till they open the gate, we had to put our bags on the floor for a dog guard to smell, we had to take our bags again and go to the ferry and wait like 10min outside of the boat. Finally the ferry left at 6:30am, half an hour late, and we arrived at 10:30am, half an hour late too.... could be much better....

You need to offer coffee or tea to your passengers...4 hours travel without food ...in 2019 felt like we are in 1850....best thing is you must offer cut pineapples to all passengers

Boat left on time and arrived in Coron around 10:30. It was nice enough for the price. The AC was very strong and I couldn’t get to my bag so it was a cold 4 hrs. There needs to be more signs in the waiting area so that you know you are in the right spot as getting there in the dark I didn’t know if I was was in the right spot

left el nido port around ten (10) minutes late.
arrived in coron port even much later. (30-45 minutes!)
