they accept the booking even though di nila sure kung available pa yung slot ķaya mag eend up ka talaga sa pag ooverthink dahil baka na scam ka dahil sa tagal rin nilang mag reply and gmail lang yung way ng communication. Mas mahal yung rates ng prices nila kesa sa orig price. Pero legit naman siya.

The ETD is delayed. I know due to Covid-19 situation a lot were in panic mode. I Hope they will know how to handle people. Aside from that I am asking for assistance because I accidentally booked my ticket twice but no one assisted me. Good side is I arrived earlier than expected

Would’ve been a 4 or 5 stars if the check in/ticket staff were helpful and friendly, however, that wasn’t the case. Everyone was rude and didn’t have even the slightest customer service orientation you’d come to expect from a service industry. Other than that, the accommodation was clean, probably the only reason I’d give starlight ferry a 2. The rest of the service aspect was wag less than expected.

It would have been a five if not dor the chaotic process when it comes to retrieving boarding passes. It took a very long time to process one customer and the lady on the counter ain't friendly, and even seems as if she is mad to get customers.

Positives - ferry was comfortable, the trip went smoothly. Food available on board was good, the outdoor bar was excellent, value for money for the bar & food was excellent. The highlight was the musical trio on the deck, 2 girls & a guy! They were awesome!! Really enjoyed the trip.
Negatives - the information about the trip is very limited. The cabins descriptions are a little simple. There is no information about food or the band or the bar. The biggest letdown however was the terminal which is out of your control. However, the guy wearing your t-shirt at the terminal did not help by telling us there were no facilities on the ferry at all.
The ferry ride itself, great!! The information about the journey needs to be clearer, and waiting at the terminal is just terrible, enough to put off doing that again.

Went to Boracay Island via ferry and it was a great experiencd. Booking at PHBus was hassle-free and quick. What I liked most was the VIP-treatment at the Batangas Port Ticket Booth when you booked online. Thank you!

There was a misbooking of my ticket.. I was booked in CS15 but unfortunate it was for crew room. The PIC found a way to relocate me in Leo room.
Also the flush of the cr is not working properly. So I made a manual.flushing of the toilet using an empty mineral water bottle.
over all the ship is clean and the crew are approachable.

It was almost a hassle free online transaction, except that we were not notified that the trip will be cancelled due to a typhoon. We would've never knew if we didnt check it ourselves and requested you to rebook our ticket to next available date. Don't know what could've happened if we didnt. I suggest you to please be mindful and update customers prior to their travel dates, especially when there's special announcements. Thanks

It was our 1st time to travel by ship with my family we are 12 in a group. We had lots of fun in fiesta island joining the band singing and laughing with thier jokes. About the cleanliness it was good but for the prices of food medyo expensive and i don't like the combo meal with cake. Bakit parang wla kaming choice. Bakit kelangan ma may cake pa. Well un lang nman. Thank u.
