i thought when i get there i only have to exchange the printed e ticket to real tickets but when we get there we have to pay additional 200 pesos like! theres also a lot of environmental fee stuffs ugh but it was nice tho

Ang hirap kumuha ng ticket. Kailangan pa kumuha ng ticket kahit may voucher na at bayad na. Sobrang haba ng pila dpat may sariling pila yung nga naka book na online hnd yung nauuna pa yung mga chance passenger.

It exceeded our expectations. What we assumed is that it was only a plain reclining seat but its better. We have a comfortable rest even in a seating position. Could have been better if the passengers are allowed to rent a blanket since the area is very called for others who do not have blanket or jacket with them.

The hassle was all at Caticlan Port Passenger Terminal. Despite the ship's delay, it never failed to impress me with its well maintained ship, very courteous and accommodating staff, and a clear paging system which provides concise safety instructions and reminders to its passengers. Fame isn't everything. Their service is exceptional. I hope all ships in the country gives the same. I could give this vessel a 10/10.

the arrival of the vessel is on time but one of our concern is for elder to be prioritized when it comes to bed allocation they should be in the lower bed.

My first time with Starlite Ferry was great! I booked a tourist class. Their bunk beds looks like a capsule hotel, and it gives you a little privacy. I was assigned to an upper bunk bed just next to my sibling. The partition was high enough between you and the person in the next bunk. It was the best. The bunk guardrail was high enough too, so it's more private. The lower bunk beds are nice too, you can use the extra linen as a curtain if you want more privacy. Plus, the lower bunk beds have light lamps, so it's not too dark.
The AC is centralized which gives everyone a comfortable ride. The only downside is that the AC was just above me, so I took my scarf to cover the AC that was too cold.
It was less noisier too in the tourist class.
They even handed out a free linens and dinner, that's a plus! If you want extra linens and blankets there's a fee of PhP20.00, good thing I always had my travel blanket with me, so I used the free linen to cover up the bed.
The bed was extra comfy too.
There's two toilet and bath inside the tourist class - one for the males (1 toilet and 1 bath) and one for the females (1 toilet and 1 bath) for a number travellers. There are more toilets outside the cabin though, but I was not able to find it until the next day.
Overall, I'm giving Starlite 5 stars!!! Will surely book with them again.

Bedbunks are clean. Good AC. Staff are accomodating and organized. Clean comfort rooms but make sure to check it from time to time to maintain cleanliness. I feel safecthe whole trip.
