I'd use them again but for sure a little better communication on expectations. Like the drivers will stop at various point and the boarder crossing to Thailand can take a while. Other than that very satisfying trips for the price

Sleeper bus is great experience to us. There's pillow and blanket provided. The transport is smooth and safe even it was late at night. They act promptly when some passengers have issues or concerns. We arrived early from ETA. Thanks Giant Ibis!

Phnom Penh to Siem Reap - Plenty of room on the bus, comfortable, air-conditioned, got to Siem Reap in good time, smooth ride with a good driver and water and snacks provided. Two stops en route at good rest stops with good facilities and clean toilets. Wifi worked well. No complaints.

The journey was comfortable and there were no big surprises. On this occasion the staff member's English was a bit difficult to understand. Unfortunately the bus station in Siem Reap is way out of town, so even if you prefer to walk, you'll probably need a Tuk Tuk.

We travelled from Saigon to Phnom Penh to Siem Reap to Bangkok. Saigon to Phnom Penh was good. The personnel were helpful and the bus and WiFi run well. Only the bathroom in Saigon was bad and the office workers were not friendly.
The trip to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh was a nightmare. The bus broke down and we had to wait for another bus. The air conditioning was not working well. It was hot inside bus. The WiFi was not working at all and the conductress had a bad attitude. She was acting like a child having tantrums. We could not understand her English either.
Your drivers were good and polite.
Our trip to Bangkok from Siem Reap seems to be going smoothly so far.

Bus was comfortable with lots of leg room. Bottled water, refreshing wipe and nice pastry snack were provided. Two toilet stops including one for lunch and an English speaking bus attendant.
The only real problems were lack of WiFi on the bus and that the first bus we were on broke down. The company did, however, get a new bus to us in 30 minutes. The buses they used were much older than one I’d travelled on with the same company previously.

We travelled from Phnom penh to Siem Reap and everything was perfect!
- we arrived on time
- there were two stops, one long enough to have lunch
- we received water and snack
- the staff insisted that everyone had seatbelts on
- the luggage was marked and taken care of very nicely

Comfy seats. Good leg room. The stopover is long enough to get some lunch or coffee and breaks up the trip nicely. It’s a good value way to make the journey.

For being the most expensive bus company in Cambodia I was disappointed. I’m m sure when the company started it was everything they promise it is. I took Giant Ibis from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh then Phnom Penh to Kampot then Kampot back to Phnom Penh lastly Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. One of them completely broke down on the side of the road another had engine problems and had to pull over 4-5 times in our trip. It seems that they don’t put ANY money into the maintenance of these buses. Some power plugs don’t work, seatbelt don’t work and bathrooms with broke signs written right on them. They do side job delivering other good to your destination which is no big deal but when they start making stops it kind of disappointing. Lastly when I got to Siem Reap they changed the bus station and placed it rather far from the original site. Which was just another hassle to deal with. I was just expecting more. ????????♂️

Journey was good. Although it was delayed by 20min we arrived into Siem Reap almost on time. They even insisted we wear our seatbelts. The rest stops were lovely (there were 2 for the journey). Staff were nice - both in the office and the bus.

Staff did not use anti insect spray for bus before trip. Entire bus was cover by mosquito . Whole way was just about killing them , spray ended in back back of employee.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The bus was very comfortable, with plenty of leg room, reclining seats, AC and wifi. We had 2 breaks, the first 1 hour after leaving (15min) and the second one for lunch (30min).
The staff gave us lovely pastries, water and hand wipes. The stops were done on lovely resting areas with toilets, restaurant, shop, etc.
We were picked up at our hotel by a minibus for free (but were picked up quite late - in fact we were picked up 5 minutes before the scheduled bus departure so were worried we might have missed it). The bus left 30 minutes late from Phnom Penh due to a driver change.
I'm still giving 5 stars for the great service. Keep in mind that the Cambodian driving is a bit scary...so if you choose the front seats you might have a few frights.

Quite a comfortable ride. Bus left on time and only arrived a few minutes late at Siem Reap. Staff were careful with luggage and carried it to a clean space when they removed it from the trunk at the end of the journey.

It was a pretty comfortable ride from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, and it was neat to see the country which otherwise wouldn't have if taken a flight. The description of the minivan was a bit fuzzy but pleasant ride and quick.
