Loved the recliner seat, it was way more comfortable than the typical seats that you see on a bus, and that helps when you're on a 10-hour trip. Just wish there was Wi-Fi too since it says on the trip description that there's Wi-Fi access. Was told by the conductor that it's not available, but it's not a big deal.

I moved a seat bc I was seated right next to a stranger. Then after moving, I was being charged extra 1000 by the driver, but the other one was charging me 500. They were most probably asking me for a bribe just because I moved a seat. I was asked for that charge after the trip not before moving seats.

1. Bakit ba kasi kailangan ng print out tickets if we are already going for electronic booking? 2. DLTB drivers and operators not wearing masks as all! Even during the trip! Very Kampante! Tapos umuubo? DO they even take covid tests regularly??? 3. The drivers don't even mention ilang minutes ang stopover. Don;t event mention na pwedeng bumaba. They just stop and leave the bus leaving us clueless. You'd be hesistant to eat a meal during a stopover kasi dimo alam kung aalis agad.

seat plan was not able to follow accordingly... walk in passengers will be seating on your designated seat even though they are not yet paid or doesn'tha a ticket yet for the trip.... the sense of booking online is for you to have a reserve seat ahead of time for you to avoid hassle and skip line to pay on the counter and to reserve in advance...
