Emily IWas supposed to be picked up at our hotel, but somehow there was a very last minute miscommunication and we had to take a taxi to the bus depot (additional $15). They couldn’t give us a clear answer why we didn’t get picked up, even though we had the confirmation email. Seats were comfortable. Extremely bumpy ride which made it hard to sleep. Overall, not the best experience.

Jim KThe bus ride was great, comfortable and on time. Temperature was just right. Staffs made sure everyone is taken care of. They provide bottle water, snacks and wipes. Seats are wide and comfortable. Only complain is the buspad was not working so i could not watch movies. Bus shuttle was on time.
