Good and quick service! We left too early (6:40 instead of 7:00) but this was because everyone with a ticket had arrived. Would recommend!

Bus was 30 minutes early and when it was full, we departed. So we were early at the destination and that was very nice.
The driver was very helpful to get out luggage in and out.
We didn’t get the vehicle we’ve paid for/ordered. We ordered a mini van but we were put on a bus, because that was the first vehicle available. Not directly a problem for us, but there was no leg room in the bus. We had to sit the full +2 hours in a weird angle because of that.

We arrived early for the bus and they let us leave early no problems. We paid for 3 tickets for 2 people and all our luggage which was also no problem. It wad pretty quick and the driver let us know when we arrived at our stop. The bus smelled a little and there seemed to be alot of mosquitoes on the bus that came from no where. Other than that it was pretty decent.

I went to Kanchanaburi with Win happy minibus for round trip. It was a great experience and the bus was recommended. Ticketing staffs at the counter and drivers are helpful.

We never reached Bangkok Southern Terminal, we were prompted to get off on suburbs and to take a taxi. No English communication in the bus. On the other hand it was a genuine experience of Thai public transport :-)

The bus left about 20 minutes earlier, so make sure to be there at least half an hour before the time. You have to show your electronic ticket, otherwise the staff will not know that you have a reservation (meaning they could even sell your seat to other passengers, if there are many people). Other than that the drive was very smooth and we arrived at the destination an hour before the estimated time.

Viel komfortabler als erwartet. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, auch für unser Gepäck, mehr als mit Minivan. Wir reisten mit einem großen Bus. Klasse regional bleibt sehr oft stehen, wo Leute zu- und aussteigen können. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir erreichten das Ziel früher als angegeben.

They have a new fleet of buses, which are quite comfy. BUT when booking you have to read carefully that they do not guarantee your place for the slot you booked. We actually arrived 1 hour earlier and were put on an earlier bus (about 30 mins earlier) as it works on a first-come-first-served basis. People can also buy tickets at the desk, which are cheaper than online. The staff at front desk was not very polite, but the driver was great and even stopped when asked for a toilet break. Overall, quite a positive experience.

Die Dame, welche die Tickets entgegengenommen hat war etwas unfreundlich. Die Fahrt dauerte jedoch nur 2 1/2h statt 3. Wichtig ist eine halbe Stunde früher da zu sein, da gilt:
Wer zuerst kommt fährt auch als Erstes mit. Auf Reservierungen wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Da wir das wussten lief alles Einwandfrei.

Get your tickets at the terminal itself if you're not rushing. Tickets to kanchanaburi are only 100 baht. Tickets back from kanchanaburi to mochit are 120 baht. You don't really have to purchase additional tickets for your baggage if the minivan isint full.
Overall smooth and pleasant ride that took lesser than 3hours, no unessasary stops or unsafe driving.
Minivan is really new and clean with comfortable seats. Ample space for asians size.

We start a little bit earlier and all in all we need only 2hours instead of 3 hours. But it depands on the route the driver goes. It can be a half hour more when the driver takes a different Route with more stations to stop. All in all very comfortable Busses for such a trip. And when there are free seats you can also take busses earlier for return independent what time stands on your Ticket.

Wir waren früher am Busbahnhof. Der Bus um 10 Uhr war noch nicht los und hatte noch Platz für uns und die beiden großen Koffer.
Wir hatten Tickets für uns 4. 2 Personen und 2 Koffer. Letztere mussten sich den Platz neben dem Fahrer teilen.
Der Bus war eng. Alle Plätze waren belegt. Es ging aber ohne Komplikationen nach Bangkok. Wo wir aus dem Bus aussteigen mussten, wissen wir nicht. Es war aber nicht der Southern Busterminal in Bangkok.

We could take of 1h before reservated time and the ride took only 2 instead of 3h - 2 more hours to enjoy Kanchanaburi BUT in the van the music was too loud and the ventilation too windy.

Chauffeur ne comprenant pas du tout l'anglais.
Trajet rapide, mais il conduisait de manière très brutale et non confortable, avec des secousses non-stop (accélérer, lever pied, accélérer, freiner...)

It was difficult to find because we were dropped off at the busstation . At the minivan station they didn’t understand I already payed for 2 persons. Finally she wrote something down on a paper and the busdriver said it was for luggage and not for us . Even my booking said it was for 2 persons and our names. They don’t speak or understand English.
