Look, it was really comfortable, pretty fast. We had a minivan, no toilet but stopped enough. Didn’t stop for dinner (left Ho Chi Minh at 3pm) but we all voted not to stop and also we had brought sandwiches from Saigon Centee so we were fine.
But, they get half a star for communication, pretty terrible. Didn’t tell us we were stopping for toilet break sometimes or how long we we (first time yes but then just stopped and we guessed). Crossing the border worked but all our passports were taken and while we showed them on the Vietnamese side we never met a Cambodian official, so seemed a bit shady. Still, it worked, we made it to Phnom Penn!
Of course drivers drive crazy but that’s a given, I’d say no worse than the general standard.

minivan PP to Kampong Cham, very comfortable and good temperature, it was supposed to take 3 hours, the driver made in 2 and a half. A bit too fast sometimes :)

Informations, this can be print out n the driver may show to guest, even though he cant speak english... This will be very help ful rather then..... You you go there.!!
Also for the can driver good guy buy more on phone texting, very dangerous ps try to convey this to virak transport.

Almost missed it as the map location is wrong. It is by the roundabout, to the right after the border zone down an alleyway behind the obvious transport place. Note: the immigration hase moved closer to the border, it's no longer behind the immigration office.
Staff were nice and put me on a motorbike to catch it. The van was comfortable but seatbelts didn't seem to work. Fast and scary driving but still 2 hours late.
There was a short stop at their siem reap depot with toilets. There was a 30 minute stop at a service station with very good toilets, a convenience store and cafe and a lakeside restaurant. The food was all khmer and i didn't find anything vegetarian in the restaurant. Ok coffee though.
The driver spoke English enough to tell me how long we would stop etc. And if requested he could find another toilet stop, though obviously this would make things slower.
Overall, having used a number of other travel companies in Cambodia i would say this is a good one.

Caught 9pm sleeper bus (actually left 8.30) to Siem Reap, beds were comfy bud extremely small. I shared with my partner and we just about fit. Tips are don’t bring much stuff on board, leave as much in hold, book top level bed and book two spaces if you are on your own and dont want to spoon a stranger. Also, bus arrived at 5am not 6am as stated but just caught us by surprise that’s all.

Wir hatten hin und zurück einen Super-Driver, der uns sicher und geschickt durch den. Kambodschanischen Verkehr befördert hat. Dabei blieb er weit unter der vorher angegebenen Fahrzeit. Der Bus war gut klimatisiert. Bequeme Situe mit genug Beinfreiheit.

The bus was quite comfortable. We left from Siem Reap on time but immediately stopped for lunch and the trip took more than 10 hours in total

Finding the right place to take the minivan was a challenge but they have been very helpful to get me there and waited for me. The minivan driver have been very nice and helpful too. The minivan was very comfy and new.

Ride was okay. Staff in office were very bad. Lied a lot and didn’t tell us our bus wasn’t running and that we were put on a later bus. Only when asked when the bus should have arrived, she pretended the bus was broken. Didn’t apologise and didn’t have the guts to tell us the truth.

Stops und Verzögerungen ohne Info an die Fahrgäste. Ankunft ebenso überraschend ohne Ankündigung. Fahrzeiten stimmten nicht ganz, was aber kein Problem war. Sonst lief die Überfahrt ordentlich. Toilette katastrophal.

Wir hatten die Plätze neben dem Fahrer dort war es etwas eng für die Beine. Ich empfehle die 2 Sitzreie.

Our return to Bangkok from Siem Reap was with the same company (VET) and this time the bus left from the city center, though on the way to Siem Reap we were dropped off 20 minutes away of the city because of a 'new regulation' that prohibited them the access and therefore we had to take a tuk tuk for 100bahts extra.
The bus was correct, but this time it was raining really heavily and the bus driver obliged us to take off our shoes before getting into the bus one by one, getting wet under the rain.
At the border we had to wait for about two hours, after having crossed it with no incidence, and the crew person did not give us any information and nearly did not listen to us when we asked what happened (very unpolite).
Finally when the bus arrived to pick us up it was raining a lot again and we had to walk through the rain about 200m, even if there were place to park closer. We got wet again and the driver did not even say sorry.

Bed was very comfortable. Driver played incredibly loud music all night which made it very difficult to sleep (even with earplugs). Also, throughout the night the lights would randomly turn on. Originally we were told that we would arrive at 11am however we arrived at 5am with nothing open and no one to explain where to catch our 2pm Ferry to Koh Rong. This bus had great potential to be a pleasant experience, however this time around, it was a disappointment.

The trip arrived an hour late. They placed us on a bed with the smallest bed. Luckily, a young man happily exchanged with us.

The driver and the other employee were basically yelling the entire trip, if they weren’t yelling he would be blasting on the horn or playing music. Being an overnight bus, this was very disruptive and made it really difficult to sleep. The beds are also very tiny. I’m only 175cm and could almost lay out completely straight, but not comfortably.

Operator didn’t seem to have much idea as to where I should be. Was dropped at the address advised on my booking but had to then get a tuk tuk to another depot. The operator had looked at my ticket twice but still didn’t sort it out until I queried it. Bus ride was very bumpy and cramped. Not comfortable at all.

The bus was ok, and we could sleep through, but it should be stated that you have to change buses in Phnom Penh. We were woken up a bit too roughly and were told contradicting things. It also took more time to get to Sihanoukville, which could be be an issue if you have a connecting boat, like us.

The beds were comfortable but there was definitely a lack of communication with the passengers, not being told that we were changing buses prior or when we stopped to use the toilet. They also stopped for well over an hour as someone had to collect some material from the bus, which had nothing to do with the passengers and therefore delayed the journey, also zero stops to get food

From Battambang to another city we were driven by a small Van which as uncomfortable... Then we were waiting 20 mins for a bus. Bu ms however, was really comfortable with internet working all the time!!

Not the best choice...
The bus was quite new, and that’s when the pros end.
The departure place had no place to wait and nobody there speaks English but the lady in charge of exchange the voucher to the actual ticket (that was a peace of paper wrote down your seat number in pen)
The biggest problem was that, because they also use the bus as cargo, they filled the luggage area with a lot of boxes prior to the actual luggage, so lots of passengers had to take their bags with them, to their beds, where you wouldn’t fit if you are over 1,60m tall.
I don’t think it’s the worst choice, but I wouldn’t repeat it. Passengers where most locals, and if it’s well enough for them, the company doesn’t need to change.
Plus, the trip last 5 hours top, so there’s no worth in taking a sleeping bus, unless you were trying to save a hotel night.

It went quite well. Don’t expect luxury but it was a good trip both times I travelled with this company in 2018: they offered help with visas but didn’t push anyone to get it from them, we got ours on the border and they were absolutely fine with that.
The bus was okay: for given space comfortable seats, clean toilet, they offered water and little cake and staff members were very friendly. We didn’t have to change bus at the border, however they say that sometimes it still happens.
Overall great experience.

No toilet on the bus. Drop-off point was about 5km from the center of Siem Reap, probably to extort additional money for a tuktuk ride. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

A smooth journey. Coach was mostly comfortable and clean. Toilet needed a little TLC. Border process would have benefited from additional support, as it is quite a hectic process to get through. But otherwise a good trip with the team. Thank you.

Stopped too many times for rest breaks (7 all up) and then dumped me off in the middle of no where to then have no one by Tuk Tuk or motorbike to take me to Otres Beach. I was stranded for an hour begging for someone to take me to my accommodation! I know it’s not door to door service but at least drop passengers off near other sources of transport!

Punctual trip from Battambang to Phnom Penh but felt in danger several times. Driver spent more than half journey with a phone to his ear. There were a few very scary overtaking manouvres. Stopped for lunch in a tourist trap.

Took o/n sleeper Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh. took us only to Phnom Penh and then waited hours to then get on a normal bus to Ho Chi Minh.. would have booked differently had the transfer details been stated up front

We left 30min late, but arrived 3 hours early...So that was good. The driver was okay, though we hit a dog.
We transported a lot of food stuff and something leaked so the bags in back got wet.
