The busride was very good, driver drove calmly on the bendy road from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. Bus was an hour late though, which is common but the time on 12go is not correct! It says 1h13m but not even a fast car could make it that fast, it takes an hour more so 2h15m (without traffic).

Bus was on time. Nice and clean and comfortable. Driver was safe and drove responsibly. Only down side is there was no stops for food as stated when booking. We stopped half way in Ipoh which was just a toilet block and no food whatsoever. Not good as this route was over lunch time.

The journey was delayed on the way up due to Friday traffic and the bus only stopped once for a bathroom break so was struggling by the end of the journey. Apart from that it was an easy and cheap way to travel

Went from Ipoh to Cameroon Highlands. The bus was very comfortable, only 3 seats in one row (1 on one side, 2 on the other) so they were very wide and spacious. Driver was careful but on time. Very pleasant trip!

Unsere fahrt war super. Bus sah ziemlich Neu aus und war super sauber. Die Sitze waren bequem. Die Fahrt dauerte etwas länger als angegeben, aber es war nicht weiter schlimm, da wir dafür zwei Pausen ohne jeglichen Stress gemacht haben. Surej war mit Abstand der freundlichste und beste Fahrer, den wir in Malaysia hatten. Ein sehr hilfsbereiter und fröhlicher Mensch! Vielen Dank und weiter so.

Purchased the ticket via 12GO Asia to travel from George Town (Station Sungai Nibong) to Cameron Highlands (Tanah Rata). The bus company was Unititi Express, which provided good service: on time, careful drive, usb power possibility on the bus. I do recommend 12 Go Asia for the booking and Unititi Express for the travel.

El autobús estaba limpio, era medianamente cómodo. El viaje fue ameno Gracias al conductor que se detenía siempre y cuando necesitáramos ir al aseo u otras necesidades básicas. Nos llamo la atención que el trayecto solo lo hiciera una persona ( chofer), ya que, es largo y tortuoso. Toda nuestra admiración hacia el conductor que a pesar de este hecho no perdió la sonrisa y el buen estar con los pasajeros. Puntuales.

Butterworth station super slecht aangegeven. Onze taxi driver had het ingevoerd op Google Maps, kwamen heel ergens anders uit! Namelijk het adres wat onderaan de ticket staat genoteerd : Jalan Pantai, 12100 Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia, is heel ergens anders dan het grote Busstation van Butterworth. Gelukkig hebben we het nog op tijd (na weer 20 minuten rijden) kunnen vinden en waren we nog op tijd voor de bus. Verder was de busrit super comfortabel.

The driver missed stops along the way, and left us in Penang instead of George Town. Everyone was confused. One passenger had to take a bus back to Ipoh because he went past her stop, and one had to take a bus back to Butterworth because he missed his stop. The driver seemed in a hurry.

The bus driver was on his phone the ENTIRE time. Playing video games full-volume. My boyfriend asked him to stop playing games while driving, but he continued to text on WhatsApp. Maybe not reflective of the company as a whole, but we felt it was very unsafe and the company should not employ drivers who aren’t capable of driving safely.
