Todo excelente, el único problema que el operador Travel Odesk debería cuidar es la limpieza del conductor, no se había bañado y olía mal, excelente persona, muy amable y lo más importante se cumplió el objetivo de llegar sanos y salvos. Es una recomendación para que se obtengan 5 estrellas, sin embargo, claro que recomiendo el servicio.

Excelente viaje, el conductor maravilloso, muy amable y excelente. Tuvimos un problema que nos retrasó el viaje y por eso pongo 4 estrellas, el primer conductor llegó media hora más temprano, se le hizo esperar hasta que estuviéramos listos, 27 minutos después (3 minutos antes de nuestra hora de recogida), el conductor desapareció, se dijo que salió por un café y un grupo de nativos lo detuvieron, razón por la que nos cambiaron de conductor, la atención fue excelente, en ningún momento nos dejaron de contestar, todo lo contrario, la empresa muy profesional buscó resolver el problema lo antes posible, para uno que está lejos de casa, en un idioma que no habla, es una excelente opción que recomiendo

So the price for the 4.5 hour drive was good. It is more than an Uber but also I'm happy with.
First I got all 4 phonecalls from the driver and also a friend of the driver. They wanted to know where they could pick me up. They only speak Hindi and Punjabi and no English so this was frustrating. The driver and his friend made it to the hotel and then they where super in a hurry although they where 35minutes earlier than the time we agreed. After navigating in town his friend went out the car and it was just me and the driver. He drove quite okay (Indian style) until the mountain. He went like a maniac and I had to tell him repeatedly to drive slow because it scared the hell out of me.
If he would be learned that he drives normal and no trespassing at corners or small part it would be amazing!

Le chauffeur était largement en avance à notre hôtel de Bikaner et il nous a conduit à Jaisalmer en conduisant très prudemment.

We were slightly concerned that the taxi which had collected us in Jodhpur to take us to Udaipur had already driven from Jaipur which was 5 hours away. So this meant another 5 hour journey on top and we thought that was quite an ask for the young man. He drove very well in normal difficult Indian driving conditions but we were concerned for his welfare. We guessed that after dropping us, he would face a 10 hour drive home. I have already fed back that 12Go that in their documentation it is advised to wear seatbelts. This car like the previous car we had booked, had no seatbelts! This made the journey even more concerning...

Unfortunately it was charged more money than agreed on before.
An additional so stop was not well managed.

The calculated time was wrong!! We needed very more (According to the website it should take 3:20 hours, in fact it was more than five hours despite little traffic). 5 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. I thank the very friendly driver that he made it possible that I was there still in time. Next time I will take a bus or train because they are calculate better...

I did not get details of the driver sent to me until the very last minute after I had left WiFi connectivity (rather than 12 hours as suggested in the email confirmation) meaning I had to incur phone data charges whilst on my train to Haridwar to push for information. Driver arrived on time but did not know where in Rishikesh he was meant to be taking me despite me having given the address to the operator. Quite erratic driving (I do recognise this is India but some overtaking situations made me very nervous!). Arrived ahead of schedule. All in all and average but successful journey.

He was a little late but did an awesome job driving us from Delhi Airport to Agra. Driver did not speak English but some how we managed. I would recommend.

Booking was easy, but driver got lost twice. He also made stops so he could eat sit down lunch when we didn’t want to stop. Trip took an extra two hours cause of driver errors and his need to eat lunch. We made it though and he showed up on time. Overall would book with 12GoAsia again, but definitely not the same driver.

Car was fine but very basic (towels on seats, no AC etc) Driver was nice enough but didn't speak any English which made it hard to communicate and also claimed we hadn't arranged to stop at the Stepwell. Fortunately I had the printed ticket to show him. He did help us to find our hotel in Jaipur though after a long drive (and it was tricky!)

THe driver replied immediately to our phone call and despite having the incorrect name placard ( which we hadn’t refore hadn’t made contact with him) was there waiting for us and was very helpful thereafter. We were emailed all the contact details we needed beforehand

We were very happy with the service of our two previous journeys with 12go. However, our journey from Jaipur to New Delhi was not quite the same. The journey was very stressful, as were pulled over by the police for an unknown reason, our driver had a heated argument with the staff at first toll station, we did 2 u-turns on a busy motorway and load was being played the entire time which made it impossible to relax. We also had to call to receive notification of this journey as we had not had any confirmation it was going to arrive, unlike our other journeys. We wouldn’t want this for future passengers.

$70 for the trip and we got a beat up old Toyota with towels on the seats.,The air con barely worked in 45 C heat making the ride hot and unpleasant. In India, $70 is a lot so expected better. The driver was courteous and professional.

The driver drove well, even though he made a few risky overtaking maneuvers. He should have informed you that the luggage would be placed on the roof of the car and used a waterproof cover (if the suitcases aren't waterproof, it’s a major problem if it rains). Upon arrival in Varanasi, some roads were closed; the driver was completely unprepared and wanted to drop us off on the street a few kilometers from the hotel, but we insisted and managed to get him to contact the hotel.

The driver was not good at driving. However, his attitude was not professional. He should have filled enough gas before departure. We wasted more than 20 minutes because he filled up on the way. He used his mobile phone a lot of times while driving, and sang aloud.

Everything seemed organised at the start until the driver didn’t know the pick-up time and then got annoyed and rude on text-message. Once in the vehicle he told us about two different routes we could take short or long/ new route where 3-6 hours differences between them, and of course since were going to the airport we wanted the faster route he made us pay 1000 INR more for tolls which was much more than required usually is 300-400 INR for tolls. I shared this complaint with the agency which handled it well but the driver didn’t and stopped in the middle of the road asking us to not mention that the money was successfully returned to our accounts even though it was not. This created a lot of stress during the travel. Not to mention he was calling and texting while driving throughout the entire ride making us 1-2 hours later at the airport (thankfully it was not busy otherwise we could have missed our flight). I don’t recommend this!

The driver plays loud music. They delay turning on the air conditioning. They talk on the phone while driving. They charge me for the gas in the car.

Badshah was an excellent driver. He was very friendly and extremely helpful in answering my questions and making us feel comfortable. He was ontime, his car was clean and he was a courteous driver.

Transport that was showed on the site (minibus for 6 personen, small touristbus) was not the car we got and payed for. But we were only 2 persons so it was okay.

The word Comfort needs to be removed from the description. The car was old with no AC and the seats were rock hard.
The driver was fine, he was plugged into his phone most of the way, but probably because his English wasn't overly good and any conversation would have been difficult.
The trip was longer than necessary, with the shortest route being opted for, even if it meant being stuck in traffic and battling scooters and tuctucs on local roads for almost an hour longer than Google Maps said the quickest route took.
In my honest opinion, this service wasn't worth the money and having checked Uber Intercity, we could have saved over 2000 Rupees.

The driver was very polite and worked very hard so we arrived safely at our destination
It was not easy to find our hotel and the city was very busy because of religious festival but the driver was excellent . The communication with the company and the driver via what’s app
was reassuring ,the company speaking to me directly to check the driver had arrived on time . I would have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again when in India .

Driver scammed INR 1,000 from me and was also fined for speeding en route. Whilst I might have been a bit naive I do not think it is only for customers to mitigate failure of driver vetting. However travelodesk have now reached out and offered to make good my loss despite the fault clearly being with the driver. I am happy that it has always been easy to contact them and that they have resolved the matter in a professional manner which gives me confidence in the company for the future
