Alex est une super hôtesse, drôle et qui rend le voyage agréable ! De plus tout est facilité à la frontière bcp d'aides est fourni, pas à pas. Grâce au VIP fastpass tout était fait en deux secondes nous n'avons même pas vu les douaniers et notre passeport étaient tamponné. On peut laisser notre lourd sac dans le bus pendant le passage frontière c'est un poids en moins dans tout les sens du terme ! De plus le repas était excellent ! Notre trajet qui s'est le mieux passé dans la bonne humeur ! Contrairement à beaucoup d'autres compagnies de transports thaïlandais ou les hôtesses sont désagréables au possible et ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais. Encore merci Alex et Travel Mart !

Everything went perfect. Comfortable ride, food and water and snacks provided. Staff speaks decently to good English. Lots of help getting through the border (even if you didn't purchase the 7USD VIP Package for the Visa). I was amazed and can only recommend.

Passable. Chauffeurs et organisateurs pas aimables, ne parlent pas anglais.
Départ 1am de Siem Reap, après 2h de route environ, attente de 2h à la frontière avec la Thaïlande car le poste frontière n’ouvre qu’à 6h.. Un organisateur nous explique en vitesse ce qu’on doit faire à la frontière, on prend toutes nos affaires, une fois les douanes passées on doit attendre que tous les passagers soit remontés dans le bus (ça peut prendre du temps). Ensuite le trajet jusqu’à Bangkok est long avec plein d’arrêt (on ne sait pas toujours pourquoi??) Arrivé dans le centre de Bangkok aux alentours de 1:30pm (et non 10am comme annoncé sur le site). Après négociations avec le chauffeur qui nous voulait pas, on se fait déposer en plein milieu des bouchons car nous avons un avion à prendre !!

Travel was very smooth. Contrary to the bad reviews I’ve seen, our trip was pleasant. No scammers went up to us or haggled with us for faster processing of our exit and arrival stamps.
Seats are comfortable enough for sleeping. Blankets were also given.

We travelled to Battambang. It was a very nice and comfortable bus. But they asked to be at the pickup place at least 60min before departure. So we did, and there was no one from the company for 40 min. Pick up place is just a point on the street. There os no toilet if you need it. So we came at 7:30 and bus started at 9:10.
On the border they do everything in a hurry, but explain everything very clear, but if you crossed the border many times it can be uncomfortable to do it as a group. But it saves time for all.
Especially for Battambang, there is no information about the fact that the bus going to Siem Reap, and they drop you off at Sisophon (half way from the border to SR). Then we were picked up by the private car with one more passenger. The car was loaded with a load of instant noodles, so they mounted our luggage on the top with a scotch tape. You should be ready for this when you travel in Asia :)
So, anyway trip was comfortable, bus was perfect, staff was nice and helpful and we arrived almost on time, though I even didn’t expect it. I recommend

Всё без вопросов. Отправление, понятно не вовремя, но для Азии это норм. Все собрались в точке, указанной в билете, гид пришел вовремя, повел к автобусу. Всё нормально и организованно.

All good. A pity they didn't advertise they have another pick up point which was much closer and convenient from our guesthouse than Khao San.

Dropped right to the door of the hotel, amazing service! Left on time, driver was really safe and the minibus was very comfortable. Definitely using 12go for our return trip, they made it so simple unlike a lot of previous experiences with other companies. Thanks!

Great trip. Only one drawback was that we were given seats 1 and 2 only to find that the first people on the bus were told to sit anywhere. These two then proceeded to look at their phones for the whole 8 hour trip!! If you give seat numbers at least make sure that people sit in them.

2.แต่จริงๆแล้วต่อรถตู้อีกทีค่ะ
3.ถามพนักงานตอนรถตู้ออกจากข้าวสารว่าลงที่ไหน ให้เขาพิมพ์โลเคชั่นลงกูเกิ้ลแมพ เลยบอกโรงแรมให้มารับจุดนั้น สรุปลงอีกที่ค่ะ ห่างไป 2.5 โล ทางกัมพูชาบอกว่าเปลี่ยนจุดลงนานแล้ว อันนั้นมันจุดเก่า

We had an absolutely brilliant experience on this bus: the seats were good, reclining fully; they did provide water and blankets and a snack (cupcake) and wifi. The worker has provided us information about the trip and warned us about tuk tuk drivers who will pretend to work with the bus company. He indeed offered to help with visa for an extra fee. We didn't use and were not forced to.

Very comfy bus with 2 & 1 seats per row. Toilet on the bus. Really professional staff who is looking well after you when crossing the border. Highly recommend the evisa which avoids the need for payment at the border and makes it really simple. The border itself isn’t nice and it is great to not need to change buses and take care about the luggage. We were picked up by our hotel - the tuktuk guy coming into the bus suggesting he would belong to the bus company (absolutely not true) seemed not trustworthy so suggest to avoid them.

Bus and service were good. Just please make it more clear for the pick up point. There are different McDonalds in Khao San. Maybe you can indicate ‘Near police station’.

The bus experience was decent. AC was great and we were given a bottle of water and some delicious cookies to snack on. Since we left in the morning 9AM, we did stop for lunch and bathroom break (this bus did have a bathroom onboard also, double-check this when you book). I would still recommend that you bring your own water, snacks and any entertainment as needed.
One thing that caught me off guard was the lack-off room for a carry-on. I usually like to have my laptop and goodies with me at all times. My backpack gets pretty stuffed. On airplanes the over head containers fit my backpack just fine, but on this bus and others I suspect, the luggage space, although wide, is about 6-8 inches tall, anything bulky will not fit. Additionally, on this particular bus, there was no room under the seats as well. I would recommend that you have a day-bag or fold-up backpack at-the-ready to put some of your essentials in, as likely you will have to leave your oversized backpacks below in general storage.
The boarder crossing was easy, Travel Mart staff do really help with guidance here, in my head I was very anxious for nothing, we got our e-visas for Cambodia online days before, but honestly those around us on the bus who did not have visas, seemed to spend the same amount of time in queues/lines. Basically you stop at the boarder, walk to Thai immigration, exit Thailand, walk to Cambodia immigration (get a visa if you do not have one already), and continue to then get your entry card/stamp, you then board the bus again to continue on. In our case, we had to get on a separate bus (some business about the first bus not having a license to cross the boarder), our luggage was moved to the second bus and we continued on.
All-in-all, 12go and Travel Mart make the process straight forward.

The bus was amazing! Not even the bus but also the service was awesome. The owner has offered a car to meet us in Siem Reap to drive to the hotel. And in addition the driver of the car gives a good price offer for the tour around the temples. We asked him to try the Angkor Zip Line as well and he drove there with no problem. So I strictly recommend you to choose this company.

Pick up was on time. Comfortable ride. Got a bottle of water and wifi service on the van. We asked the driver to drop us at BTS on the way instead of Khao San Travel Mart, he kindly did so. Overall, convenient way to travel and highly recommended.

ビザなし、ビザ用の写真ももって行かなかったが、40ドル+100バーツで対応してくれた。すべてバーツの場合は1500バーツ要求されたのでドルの方が得。
検問も問題なく、危険は一度も感じなかった。唯一はじめの集合がカオサン通りのマクドナルドだったため、深夜1時という真夜中で不安だったが問題なく迎えに来てくれた。白人おおめ

We were a bit anxious before the trip as we read a very mixed feedback here and on Tripadvisor. The agent arrived to Bangkok/McDonalds around 12:30 and we left McDonalds with the others around 12:50. So be punctual with the arrival! The bus was old but comfortable. We could have slept all the way happily if the road had better conditions. It was really bumpy and we awoke many times. The bus had AC and we got covers to keep us warm. We paid extra 10 USD per person to have our visa taken care of at the border. At the border we waited approx 2 hours, mainly in the bus. We arrived to Siem Reap at 10:30. We didn't accept the "free" tuktuk and neither should you :) All together, its a cheap service and you get what you paid for. I can recommend.

Overall was good! Had to wait slightly longer than usual to be picked up however it was Thai New Year so understandable. Bus had good Wi-fi and air con. Stopped for a loo break and a chance to get food. Would recommend, DO NOT GET FREE TUK TUK ride in Siam reap! They say it’s free then try to rip you off!!

Good bus. Friendly untill you get to the border. Wanted to get the visa myself and they got really rude and made it seem like it wasnt possible so they could charge you $10 to have it done for you. Ended up doing it myself and was extremely easy and was back before everyone else. I really didn’t like how they didn’t inform everyone that you can get the visa yourself for a lot cheaper and got really rude and hostile when I made the suggestion of doing it myself. So great and comfy bus, staff very rude at the border.

A brilliant service. Got picked up from McDonald's and taken to a bus with clean leather reclining seats. Plenty of room and air conditioned. We were given water and snacks for the journey. They then took our passports and sorted our visas out for us. We then got a free tuk tuk to our hotel. A great service!! Highly recommend.

It's helpful but also a scam.. You got stops in places just to buy things from them and they say they have free tuc tuc on arival but then they are very rude and they are just trying to sell you tours. The border part is fine but they charge a comition that they didn't warn me about.

Compramos pasajes que en teoría iban directo desde Bangkok a Phnom phen, pero al subir al bus nos dijeron que primero paraba en siemp reap y que una vez allí debíamos tomar otro bus. Esto nunca fue comunicado desde la página.
Al llegar a siem reap tuvimos una espera de 2 horas. Y desde allí el viaje cambio a una mini van, cuando habíamos pagado viaje completo en bus.
Llegamos 3 horas más tarde de lo pensado, perdiendo toda una tarde planificada en Phnom phen. Una vergüenza!!!

Absolutely fantastic service the staff went above and beyond as a female solo traveller can’t recommend them enough ... on the paper it says at McDonalds and doesn’t give a time but always a member of staff there .. comfy bus with WiFi and toilet
