Naja, der Fahrer war ständig am Handy und vielleicht ist das ja hier so üblich aber auch in einer Tour am rülpsen. Drei Stunden später als geplant aber das lag am Verkehr

Well, we got there, hence the "2nd star". The following issues occurred: 1) The bus left 1.5 hours late. 2) When it started raining, the driver left the luggage compartment open on the side of the bus allowing many of the bags to get wet. 3) When entering the bus, the choice of music has many swear words and was quite vulgar. 4) For about half the trip, the driver and his companion talked so loudly it was hard to even think. 5) The bus was so cold (I'm normally a fan of a "cold drive", but, this was excessively cold!). 6) We arrived 2.5 hours late to our destination. 7) The driver answered phone calls while driving several times. ... I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but I just thought it should be known. And, in all fairness, the other time that we took Transnasional it was on time, comfortable, and a very good trip.

Very unfriendly busdriver! Bus was good, seats also. We made a little break and the busdriver didn’t say how long we would stay there. If my boyfriend didn’t stopped the bus he would have driven without me and it seems he doesn’t matter at all.

We must pay 2 rm each to have tickets with the number of the seat. The drivers are not so great and speak very loud.etween their. It's too iced like a fridge, we have cold.. No possible to sleep. Regards

When I went to the transnasional counter to exchange the 12go voucher for the ticket, they charged me 1 ringgit extra for seat confirmation or something. It's not a big amount but I was surprised because I was not informed at any time before this that there will be extra charges for getting the ticket. This never happened during any other trips that I had taken in the past. Aside from this, the trip was more or less okay. It started about 40 minutes late, then there was an unexpected transfer to another bus in the middle of the road etc; but such things are expected in bus trips through Asia, no major issues during the trip. Others wanting to book the tickets should just note that the the price paid at 12go is not the final price, they might need to pay some more at the ticket counter.

On the positives the drivers where safe and the seats where big. Unfortunately the negatives out weigh the positives by a lot. They where 1. The driver was smoking in the driver rest bed and this went through the air conditioning to everyone else, 2. The device charging ports didn’t work, 3. The bus was 1 1/2 hours late, 4. The toilet stop was 4 1/2 hours after leaving.

I'm usually very positive, the bus was comfortable but very late to arrive. And ly ticket said VIP: water and snacks includes, they gave us nnothing.

Bus from KL to Melaka was comfortable and clean, only problem was that it was delayed in arriving to KL.

The bus was full of cockroaches!!! Really unpleasant experience. I changed the seat but that didn't help. I travel a lot on public transport so totally get the buses or train might not be clean but I have never seen so many cockroaches. I will not use this provider again.

Driver hit big bump shortly after we departed from KT station with way to much speed, something broke on front left side of the bus, he stoped and made quick check and continued the road with awarenes that something wasnt right. We mDe around 300/350km with unknown damage on the wheels! After the other driver came to replace him, he realized that sound that was coming from under the bus surely isnt good so he finaly safely stoped the bus on first posible gas station and we had to wait for another bus to pick us up and take us to TBS Kuala Lumpur. The other bus was good.

Booking with 12go.asia was simple to handle and very quick reply.
Bus is very comfortable.
Only at checking in was not a friendly lady at all.
She refused to look at me when I was asking her something even when i said "Lady, I am taking to you" she refused to do .. very impolite

Not enough stops on the bus only one 10minute stop. This lead to us arriving at our final destination 3hours too early, this wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t 3:30am when we arrived! Not ideal for a girl traveling alone & having just arrived in a foreign country. Also the bus was very cold (probably about 10degrees different to that outside).

We were late by almost 1 hour for no obvious reason. The bus was nice though. Comfortable seats, working AC but unfortunately to USB plugs and the reading lights didn't work.

Comfortable seats, helpful staff, and a reliable journey time. The roads were well paved so no difficulties there. It was a bit confusing at first knowing how to check in or whether it was necessary but using my own intuition I found a counter and got the tickets printed.

Quick and efficient. Cold AirCon. But the bus would beep horribly if the driver went to fast and the stop for restroom and snacks was much too short.

The bus was ok... just feel a little bit strange when we arrive at the bus. Our number already been seated. The driver told us we can seat everywhere we want. But finnally we found out we are taking the wrong bus. It’s the officer at the boarding gate told us to get in that bus. I’ll already ask twice. When we arrive at Putrajaya, we just know that it’s the wrong bus. But the driver help ud to get in the next bus to our destination for free. Bus is recommended for clean smells good and AC is cold

I booked a more expensive ticket just for the comfort (wifi, snacks..) and well it didn't have anything, not even a USB plug to charge my phone. Plus, an unfriendly driver.

The first shift driver was smoking while driving. He smoked 3 times. In a/c vehicle that is bad for passengers.

The bus in general was ok, nothing compared to aeroline though.
However the bus driver was totally unfriendly! There was an old lady with havy luggage, he rather stood outside smoking then helping here getting into the bus. We even got out at the wrong station, cause we didn't know there are two stops in KL and the bus driver didn't even say which stop it was. He really delivered poor service, such a shame.
