Die Buchung über 12Go ist super einfach und schnell.
Die Fähre fuhr pünktlich ab und die Fähre an sich ist in einem guten Zustand und für 30 Minuten Überfahrt vollkommen in Ordnung.
Einzig der Wartebereich am Banjar Nyuh Pier könnte etwas einladender sein. War recht ungemütlich und unübersichtlich, da dort verschiedene Fähranbieter im selben Raum sind.

Alles in allem sehr gut. Deutlich besser wie viele hier geschrieben haben. Leider ist die Beinfreiheit eingeschränkt und durch die fehlende Klimaanlage ist es sehr heiß!

We left on time and everything was very organised.
The boat is very clean and has an actual A/C and not those small fans. You can open the windows and you can choose to sit up or down.
Very nice staff, they helped with our luggage.
This company was definitely a very good choice.

El viaje fue bien, por eso volvi a viajar con la misma compañia. Pero no veo bien que te digan que no se puede subir al piso de arriba, salvo si les das una propina. Entonces si se puede. No son puntuales.

L’esperienza è stata positiva. Siamo arrivati all’ufficio dell’agenzia dove ci hanno fornito biglietti e badge della compagnia. Venti minuti prima della partenza ci hanno radunato e ordinatamente condotto al porto, dove ci aspettava la barca. Siamo partiti con 5 minuti di ritardo, ma il viaggio dura più dei 30 minuti pubblicizzati, infatti siamo arrivati a Nusa Penida almeno 50 minuti dopo. Il viaggio in se è andato bene (rispetto a quanto letto sul web prima di partire), forse siamo stati fortunati perché il mare era calmo o perché il tempo bello, chissà!

Good for what it is, but that’s about it! Acceptable delay (but delay nevertheless). We safely navigated through the rough sea without feeling unsafe at any moment, but it was also an advanced sauna experience in a closed overbooked cabin without ventilators or ac! I remind you these are one of the best ones out there for crossing to Nusa Penida - I wouldn’t even want to try any other company with much worse reviews! :)

Our driver over Nusa Penida was Kama. If you want to make the best possible photos at popular attractions he is #1! He was quickly taking us through crowds of people, putting at the best spots and making photos and videos like a professional. I would highly recommend him as your Driver

We booked the ferry via a google search hoping it was legit and it was.
Upon arrival, even though you have an e-ticket, you must go to the Angkal vendor who will give you a lanyard and the paper ticket needed.
They stored our luggage so we could grab some food as we had arrived early just in case. We then made our way to the terminal.
If you have a big suitcase like we did, bear in mind the physicality of getting it up and down the ramp to the harbour.
The speedboat ferry is actually a very smooth crossing.
It’s a great transport link between Bali and Nusa Penida.
I would recommend having a taxi waiting for you though there are many upon arrival.
I would also recommend booking your ferry in advance at least 1 day.
Would definitely use again.

The trip was terrible. The boat was hot inside. I was literally sweating the whole way from Sanur port to Nusa Penida.

Fine, efficient, see was choppy but nothing they could do. Boarding was fast, boat was sturdy, check-in was easy. Everyone given life vests before departure. Pdf was slow in arriving so we had to wait for it to arrive before we could check-in.

I did not receive an email with a QR code for easy checkin and this delayed - I thought I was paying around 220K per ticket (around 660K in total) but the total came out over 800K - one reason of which was you sneakily added insurance and amd not sure about the rest. Tried to make a complaint but had to register with email then got lost and no time. Will not use 12go again for sure

I booked the ferry from Nusa Penida to Bali for 9.30 am and we arrived at the port in good time for boarding. When we went to validate our tickets, we were told that the ferry was leaving at 10.45 am because it was the Cuninghan festival. The problem was that nobody had told us our ferry wasn’t running, and as we arrived late, we missed a booking we had in Uluwatu.

Very warm and uncomfortable inside the boat when windows were closed due to strong wave. There were fans in the boat but they were not turned on until the last 10 mins of the journey. Don't know why.

The boat trip was very quick, a little bumpy at times, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the journey.

Well coordinated however one needs to understand the process before otherwise you will be dragging your luggage all over between agency and Harbour. One person can get the boarding card and one can stay near the Harbour with the luggage.

On the way to Nusa Penida we had to be in harbour 60 min before the departure time. 45 minutes before the departure time everyone was brought to the boat. Boat left 30 minutes before scheduling. Boat itself was OK.
On the way back we had to be in harbour 60 minutes before departure time. 5 minutes before scheduling we got to go to the boat. This boat was old and seats very small. As European we did not fit in the seats. There was no toilet on board on the way back.
