Everything went very well. The bus stopped at the office at the location provided and at the exact time. We were provided with water bottles during the trip and as I was the last passenger at the destination they gave me a free shuttle to my final destination.

The trip was good and the bus company very nice. However, the address provided by 12Go is not detailed enough, and actually includes two completely different street numbers and no district information. This completely changes the location. If it weren't for the help of a local, I would not have found the station's location. 12Go should fix this

Comfortable seats, strong AC. Adequate number of stops, but the toilets were not great. We arrived 1.5 hours ahead of time, which was not ideal for us.

Thay ask us additional money on the bus threthening to not leave. After quite a while of pushing, we were forced to pay extra money on the bus, even if we payed +100% with 12go compared to the real price of the ticket

We arrived a bit earlier to the station and could get on the earlier bus, no problem. They also offered taxi service to pick us up from the homestay in Ben Tre for a really good price (cheaper than Grab).

Everything was good, but at first I had trouble to find the office. The coordinates in the travel voucher however helped a lot (maybe put them somewhere else before booking?)

Now we know how the Traffic works in Vietnam but this driver rides very aggressive. We get out earlier and take a Grap with an cool easy Rider. Sorry never again in Vietnam.

Undortunately the Maps coordinates for the picking point were wrong, on the opposite side of the root. We were lucky, a man standing there asked us where we had to go, and have us the right direction.

Local bus with airco. We chose the wrong stop but we could still get out at a further stop. The bus was perfect on time.

Trajet Ho Chi Minh -> My Tho, bus à l’heure. Dépose à My tho sur la route principale et ensuite Grab jusqu’à l’hotel.
