Spoločnosť TBUS hrozná skúsenosť. Autobus mal odist 11:45, odišli sme 13:15, potom sa vodič motal po Hanoi a robil kúriera. Celkove meškanie bolo 3hodiny, vo vane strasna zima.

I bought a ticket for 17.00 departure, but wasn't picked up until 17.45. When the coach did arrive the staff seemed confused about my ticket and needed to phone their office to confirm before letting me on. Communication via WhatsApp was great throughout this time.
We then spent the next hour picking up at various other points in the city which I've come to expect.
The seat was comfortable and clean, if not slightly short for me at 172cm. USB charging point worked and seatbelt worked. The toilet was reasonably clean. No WiFi and the seat was not able to sit more upright so needed to lie the whole time.
Dropped off 1.5 hours early which was difficult was a solo female traveler at 6am.
Overall a good experience and would book again.

Pick me up 20 min late, and after 10 min drive the driver stop at a restaurant for lunch. So we the whole trip delayed over 1hr. But the customer service is good, they can answer my questions promptly. In general, it's a good choice to transform in Vietnam.

Didn’t drop us off where it said it would online. Meant we had to pay for another taxi at 4.30 which wasn’t great. Was some confusion about where it would pick us up from also.

Very nice and confortable sleeping bus, with all the services: personal light, wifi, water, WC, etc. Even if the staff doesn't speak English has been very kind and available, and dropped us very close to our hotel. Also they confirmed the pick up point via WhatsApp before the departure.

The ticket said that it was collect from dalat bus station . Which we found out 10 minuite before the bus was scheduled that it was incorrect and had to get another taxi to the correct place . When we was on the bus no one spoke any English we then got ushed off to get off the bus around 50 minutes away from our destination . Lucky after showing them the online ticket they passed us to a lovely man that got us to our destination . The trip should of been 6h 30 min and ended up being 9 hr and it wasn't due to traffic it was due to them delivering parcels and constently stopping. The bus it self was confey and one of the nicest one we have been on but the whole experiment was very stressful . I would suggest paying a little more if you need to get to a place on time Lucky we had had the day to get there but didn't expect to be that long .

Comfortable 9 seater mini van, black, with Comfortable seats. Water supplied. Managed to have couple half smokes when driver stopped to pick up people. Them 30mins out of Hue I was transferred to a private car & driven to just over the bridge - car was fine but he drove straight past my destination. I attempted to get him to stop, showing him map but ignores me/got angry. Luckily was only 10mim walk back over bridge.
But PLEASE check the pickup location for piece of mind. It was listed on ticket as

105 Ton Duc Thang Street, Hung Thanh Travel & FROM: Hoi An Full Moon Bus (unable to find). I thought was at right address (Google maps?) but wasn't. Must be 2 different streets with very similar names & there was a bus station at 103 Ton Duc Street. However checking the Coordinates later gave me a adrs in city very different.
I believe it's Hung Thanh Travel office but any doubt check.
Luckily a taxi driver helped me with some calls & offered to drive me to ??? for 50D. About 350metres later we pass the van & hailed it. He still wanted my 50D for short trip but had been helpful & no time to haggle.

Our bus was confirmed, but it didn't exist.
We had to call several times the agency, insisting that we were waiting at the bus stop. We've been told that the bus we reserved was at 13.30, while we booked it at 8 am.
Eventually, they sent us a car to join another bus leaving from Da Nang (we were leaving from Hoi An).
We arrived in Hué with only one hour and a half of delay, but we were upset at how they handled the situation on the phone: they kept hanging up after saying "bus coming", with no excuses or explaination.
We took the bus with this company other times during our journey in Vietnam and it always went well, so we would recommend the agency anyway.

The bus I took was different from the one I booked. I booked with VTech and I took the bus from Camel Travel. I met people on the bus who booked with Queen Cafe.
I was supposed to be dropped at Tam Coc directly but I was dropped at Ninh Binh, a few kilometers away.
Be careful when you book this bus, it won't be the one you'll be in.
And people won't tell you anything

The bus was expected to depart at 6:55 but they told us it was a bit late and it would arrive at 7:30. At 7:40 a CAR came and picked us up. After 15 minutes, it dropped us off and we got into a VAN. The van was very comfortable and it even had some massage function in some seats. We arrived to Hanoi and suddenly a guy was yelling at us (apparently to leave the van). We have to admit we were a bit scared because we were far from Hanoi city centre. The moved us into a small car and the guy drove us to the final destination.
In the end, and after 3 means of transport, we arrived to our destiny with no issues but everything was weird as they couldn't speak English to explain what was going on.

The location was easy to follow - we had a shuttle in HMC that took us to the main bus. Left on time, though we arrived an hour later. The trip was smooth, and the seats comfortable. Might be a bit too narrow for tall people (over 180cm), and it’s not ideal to read or so but could sleep very well. The driver dropped us on our street so that was nice too.

Abbiamo viaggiato su di uno Sleeping Bus formato da 3 corsie di letti a 2 piani. La compagnia fornisce l'indirizzo di dove è locata l'agenzia da li si raggiunge il Bus piu grande tramite Mini Van. Il bus è partito con un po di ritardo, l'autista guidava alla Vietnamita suonando in continuazione il clacson. Nota positiva una volta arrivati a Phan Thiet che è come una sorta di capolinea li ad aspettarvi ci sarà un'altro mini van che vi porterà a Mui Ne al vostro Hotel.

It was excellent. A man from Tbus waited for us in front of a restaurant to bring us in the bus station. The staff was really kind. Thé driver was really helpful. He drove us to our hotel.
The bus was excellent, the sleeping chair was excellent. It was really clean. It was a really good expérience. I highly recommand it.

Seats were comfortable with a pillow and blanket, quite small (couldn’t stretch out legs at 5’9) but not unbearable. Dropped us directly at our hostel in Mui Ne. Main issue was lack of communication - a first seated bus took us an hour before we were made to get on a different bus but tickets were never checked so we didn’t know if we were in the right place. Also journey took an hour longer than advertised.

I'm giving it 4, even though it was one of the most terrifying rides of my life!!! I had such a bad experience with the last trip I booked that this one had to be better. The driver didn't have any English but he was smiley and polite. A lot of reviews say how rude the driver was. The minibus (limo) was extremely comfortable and not overcrowded like some. The driver turned up late and drove so fast that we arrived early. That is the reason I'm giving him 4 - because I couldn't look! I'm still alive so I'm happy. We got dropped off on the outskirts of Ninh Binh, where another vehicle was waiting to take us to our various hotels. Dropped me right outside mine

Giving 2 stars because there was a toilet on board which was a massive bonus. However, we booked on this website because we had heard from others that it’s a good place to find bus trips but the bus driver was not wanting to let us (myself and the person I am travelling with) on the bus for at least 20 mins, despite letting 2/3 of the bus on. While I understand there was a language barrier, he was very aggressive (touching us and waving his hands in our faces) and was not wanting to use any translator tools that we were trying to communicate with. He eventually put us on the phone with some random person (3 separate times!!), who was also confused by why he wasn’t wanting to just look at our receipt. Eventually the tour company rep from the shop we met at came over and was able to get us on the bus. Once on the bus, the ride was fine but he was also quite rude when we got off at 4am. Overall the bus itself was fine but the driver was not kind or helpful.

Really shitty bus, as others already stated, there are two very uncomfortable 5-person-beds in the back and the staff is screaming at tourists to get in those instead of the better single beds. The bus arrived 2 hours later than promised. No toilet on the bus and the driver gets really angry if you ask for a toilet break. Spend the extra money and treat yourself to a VIP bus, its worth it.

The bus was about half an hour late but the tour information team were very helpful and informative the whole way through. The beds were comfortable enough, but quite narrow and everytime someone walked past, the curtain was moved annoyingly. But other than that, was a good trip.

We booked T-Bus but when we turned up to the departure point it was outside the Queen Cafe office and it was a Queen Cafe bus (this also happened to other people we spoke to later). We were worried as we had deliberately been avoiding Queen Cafe due to its terrible reviews. That said, the bus was a limousine sleeper and was new, clean and comfortable. We left an hour late but made up time on the road - also someone phoned me earlier in the day to let me know which was much appreciated. So a surprisingly good experience given turned out to be Queen Cafe.

Generally all was smooth and great . T-bus Hanoi office is in a convenient position in old quarter and they drive you to another area with all the transfer limousine buses.
ride is quick and comfortable. Drop off in Ninh Binh was easy and another transfer was waiting to take us to TamCoc. would use this service again. 12go also easy/ smooth to book with.

Driver dropped us an hours walk away from stated drop off point to a car park with a few shady taxis in it. When I asked why we wasn’t being dropped to the designated drop off I was told to get off and get a taxi. No toilet on the 9 hour bus and one stop for no more than 5 minutes. Avoid

Trip started 45 minutes late. This bus made frequent stops to deliver packages all night long, but never stopped for a toilet break. When we asked if there was going to be one, the driver just sent us to the side of the road and made us use a bush toilet. The bus finished its route in Lao Cai (an hour north of Sapa) and everyone was told to get off but there was no communication about the fact that a van would be taking us the rest of the way, so we were left to panic for a while before finally figuring out what was happening.

Bus was quite on time. There was a break in the middle where you could go to the bathroom and buy some food. The bus had wifi. Driver was calm and the assistent very friendly.

The trip included a taxi drive from the Old Quarter to the Bus Station. Make sure to arrive early to pick seats because the last row fits 5 people together without any separation, like sleeping in a big bed with strangers xD individual seats are very comfortable. Try to get the individual upper seats in the back because the drive is going to be noisy with music and honks. Overall an experience to have!

The bus was very old and not very clean. The driver would not let anyone sit in the front seats so we were all crammed in the back. This was because he picked up 10 friends or family en route, who proceeded to sit in the aisle and talk very loudly. The journey took so long because of this and it was totally unprofessional. We originally booked a VIP bus for this trip and was told it was out of service and could only have this bus. We were promised WiFi, this wasn’t the case. Do not recommend

It was just terrible. I
t started with the bus leaving at 6pm instead of 2.40pm. The bus drivers didn't communicate with the passengers at all. We suddenly found ourselves in a garage for 5 hours without being told what was going on, what was broken or how long it would take.
The originally stated 25 hour journey inexplicably turned into 36!!!! hours!
11 hours longer than originally planned is just outrageous!! And that without being communicated!

DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS AS A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELLER!!!
I got sexually harassed by one of the bus the drivers multiple times. After repeatedly saying no to his advances and still continued to grope me. Only after forcefully pushing him away and getting loud he would go away and laugh.
This can not be the first time this happened and it's a disgrace that someone like that is still employed at this company.
The trip itself was perfectly fine, but I did not feel safe on this bus for one second.

We had to change from VIP bus to regular bus just before arriving to Ho Chi Minh. I don't know what happened on the road but we arrived more than an hour late even tho we were picked up on time.

Good journey, all went well. A short break between Bangkok and the ferry would have been nice though.

It was alright, driver was literally a rocket and drove so ultra dangerously fast throwing the bus around the corners, but that's just typical for Here

There’s no communication whatsoever and no one speaks English, not even a little. Waited a while for the bus to set off, one guy asked for my ticket, took it and threw it away and then later asked again where my ticket was… it’s really disorganised and It made me feel quite uncomfortable. When we stopped for a toilet break, the driver wouldn’t let my partner back on the bus and was really rude waving his hands telling him to go away so he had to wait 10 mins outside the bus until the driver decided to let him back in! Absolutely disgusting behaviour I wouldn’t recommend if you want a stress free trip

When I booked the price on the payment screen was more than the one advertised, when I questioned it I was told it was because the operators increase the price in holiday season?
The bus was comfortable but had no toilet. We set off late but arrived to Hanoi early! We arrived at a different destination to the one advertised on the booking.

The bus arrived to collect us and dropped us in Hue perfectly on time. The seats are not as comfortable as they look in the mini buses, but they do have USB chargers which was great!
The big irritating part with this trip was that about 20 mins from Hue, the bus driver pulled into a random service station and told us we need to change to another minibus to continue the last 20 mins of the journey with no explanation as to why, and then he drove off and we got into the second minibus which brought us to the arrival point in Hue 20 mins later. Very odd and frustrating.
