Very good. Careful driving. Straightforward route. Efficient baggage handling arrangements. A comfort break. Only minor comment was there was no lavatory on the bus.

Was given the wrong ticket date, was refused bording then told at the office it was our fault for not double checking the date (although we did not know this was meant to be the date of travel) and we would need to get the next bus in 2 hours. Would give 1 star, however we managed to get on the right bus at the last moemnt

I did not receive my tickets via email, despite 12go stating that they had dispatched them, and did not realise that I would have to install the app in order to access them. The bus company would not accept my booking reference without the tickets and I had to buy the only two remaining seats on the bus, which were the seats I had already paid. The bus had to leave so during the journey I contacted 12go, told them what happened and asked for a refund. I was told they were non-refundable tickets and it was then that they told me to install the app. Very disappointed!

The journey was comfortable, air conditioning worked, seat belts worked, the journey was on time. There was a 20 min break half way through at a nice cafe with toilets.

Despite the ticket clearly saying our baggage was included, the INCREDIBLY rude man refused to read our ticket and charged us extra for baggage. Bus was hot and most people were rude.

Bus left half an hour later than scheduled after waiting for people who arrived late. Other than that it was a fairly straightforward journey. Driver stops for a break halfway at a store that charges ripoff prices.

The supratours bus was unavailable a few days before travel. 12GO organised alternative travel and I was kept informed and sent tickets for a CTM bus. All of my questions were answered promptly, I was very happy with the service provided.

Driver or somebody needs to communicate better with passengers on the bus at the stop. As yesterday somebody stayed on the bus and stole cash laptops and was never to be seen again. This just caused a delay to all other passengers. I wrote an email yesterday afternoon looking for compensation but at this stage no reply. Poor customer service. Would be expecting better than this given this is the best bus company in Morocco to travel with. Please reply to my email.

I ordered my seat 2 days ahead. Needed to text the night before travel due to no confirmation yet. When they did respond my bus was already full and I had to choose and alternate. I am certain that that something was missed in my initial request . I not sure I would have even been contacted if I didn’t pursue the problem. I paid , but there were no tickets issued

The bus was clean and comfortable, and it was an express route so the only stop the driver made during the 3 hour drive was a 20 minute break about an hour into the drive. The pdf ticket was incorrect. A piece of luggage was not included in the cost of the ticket and we were required to pay 6 mad per piece of luggage at the station.

On time. Comfy enough. No one said I had to buy a ticket for my small suitcase but the driver explained. Overhead shelf not big enough for my 2nd bag but got it partly under the seat. Large lady sat next to me with her elbow in my side the whole way. Nice 20 minute stop off for loo, cafe, leg stretch. For the price was ok.

La atención en las oficinas fue muy mala. Tuvimos problemas con el QR del billete y no nos permitieron subir al bus. La recepcionista no se preocupó por buscar en el ordenador. Tuvimos que pagar nuevamente. Por otro lado, cuando reclamamos a Traveling nos dijeron que son intermediarios y que no podían hacer NADA. Lo mejor es que desde el contact center te sugieren hacer el reclamo 24h antes del check in. Aún estoy esperando que me expliquen cómo reclamar antes de que suceda el problema. Pésima atención al cliente.

I went to the bus station as it was indicated on the ticket. The bust stop is outside and down from the station. I’m lucky other driver has explained it to me. The layover was annoying and the second bus was late. The buses were modern but not super clean. The staff were very nice.
