Wir sind an einem Samstag in der früh nach Singapur gefahren da uns von einem in KL lebenden Freund geraten wurde am Wochenende zu fahren da viele Leute nach Singapur pendeln zum Arbeiten. Dementsprechend war auch bei den Passkontrollen nichts los und wir waren schnell durch. trotzdem hatten wir eine Verspätung von ca. 1,5 Std. Die Sitze waren sehr groß, bequem und mit Massage Funktion ausgestattet die aber sind bei allen bei uns funktioniert hat

Da unsere Immigration nach Singapur länger gedauert hat wurden wir stehen gelassen und mussten auf den nächsten Bus warten. Es ist verständlich, dass die Busse ihre Fahrtzeiten einhalten müssen, jedoch wäre für solche Fälle ein Hinweis vorab angemessen.

Die Fahrt war angenehm. Als wir stoppten, dachten wir es sei eine Toilettenpause, bis uns mitgeteilt wurde es sei unser Halt. Jedoch waren wir noch nicht am angegebenen Drop-off Busbahnhof. Ja es war “nur” ein Dorf weiter vorn, aber geht trotzdem nicht, meiner Meinung nach. Wir mussten dann selbständig einen weiteren Transfer organisieren. Niemand vom Busbahnhofspersonal konnte uns auf Englisch weiterhelfen. Ein anderer Gast musste uns über die Situation aufklären.

I'm really glad I booked through 12go.asia (rather than another 3rd party booking site). It made everything very easy!
I wasn't able to use my card internationally on the local sites, so I had to book through other means. 12go.asia didn't have all the transit options in Malaysia, but it had enough for me to be able to make a decent decision / weigh options, and it immediately confirmed my ticket with the provider I was booking with. They also give you a ton of information when you book (the specific counter check in, the bus, the time, if you need a passport, etc), which was also really helpful.
The bus itself was extremely comfortable. Lot of legroom, separate vents / lights, etc.
So yeah, overall it was a great experience! I'd definitely use them again. Thanks!

The vehicle was actually really comfortable, first Impression: Wow, the seat has also a massage function. But: the Air conditioning ruined the while trip. Though I put the air conditioning onto the lowest Level, it was as you would stay on a mountain where you have a constant cold breeze. I was freezing the whole time and got a cold. Everbody in the Bus had the same Trouble with the Air conditioning... Apart from that - the Bus meant to arrive at 2 am approximately, but it was 4:15 am though we got really fast through the Traffic (apart from Passport Controls). We are quite Sure that the Driver took a longer Route (saw it on the navigation), but did not communicate it with us.

1st time traveling with this bus company and to Singapore. Overall good experience, comfortable seats and was able to stop twice for the bathroom at gas station

When we started we had only reseaved a ticket for Melaka and not the retour ticket. The bus company advised to buy a new return ticket. After we have started our trip to Melaka we reseaved from 12go our return ticket. So we have now payed for 2 return tickets.
The day we went back to Singapore we stood at the agreed place by the hospital but at the last moment you informed us for an other pick up point. The bus pasted the hospital but didn't stopped.

Bus ended up being 3 hours behind schedule. Some of it was due to the holiday traffic, however after what should've been the first hour of the trip we we're already almost 2 hours late. We got no information underway and we also were suddenly told to change busses, even though there was no information written on the PDF or ticket about this. Bus itself was nice, but the fact that we were so late made the whole ride extremely stressful when trying to catch a flight. The driver also does not tell you what stop you are currently on so if youre getting off midway you have to make sure to know exactly where your stop is.

It was our first time riding this express bus and during crossing the borders of Malaysia and Singapore, no instruction was provided for what to do and where to get back to the bus. Even when I asked the driver, I got no answer for what we should do and where to go like we suppose to know. We were left alone after passing Singapore boarder. We struggled to navigate and almost missed our flight.

Just was 1.10 minutes late now update on the screen no information was given as the staff tell us that the coach drivers don't tell them so there job is not needed . We had a plane to catch we did make sure we had plenty of time but would of been nice to get information on the screens . There was al.pt of people worrying . But the good side is the coach are comfortable

The driver was rude, didn’t speak english, was yawning loudly all the time, turned the lights in the bus on and off several times, had his music very loud, once he stopped at a highway parking without saying anything and went for 15 min. to the back of the bus, doing what?
He was obviously very tired, I wasn’t feeling very safe.

Quite a nice bus, recliner type chairs that had a massager built into them. The only problem was the head rest was a bit low for my height (5'-11"/180cm) so it was more of a bulge against my shoulders. My shorter wife found the seat to be excellent. Bus was right on time.

The transfer is highly recommended. The journey went smoothly, the driver was friendly, the seats were comfortable, and we arrived on time. Only the check-in at the kiosk didn't go quite as smoothly. I arrived early and didn't receive another ticket with the bus number.

Overall the trip was fine and the seats are comfortable. But the trip took 7 hours instead of 5 because there was a lot of traffic at some points and also i think the driver was slow. The driver was talking the whole journey veery loud and that was annoying.
