Wir wurden an der Grenze nach der Kontrolle vergessen, der Bus fuhr ohne uns weiter. Der Fahrer hat uns auch nicht informiert, dass wir ein Einreisedokument ausfüllen müssen. Wir hatten dann einen finanziellen und zeitlichen Aufwand um weiter nach Singapur zu kommen.

Comfy ride and good driver. Arrived/departed KLIA ½ hour late. No signage to indicate which platform to wait at (unlike at Melaka Sentral). Advertises itself as a Massage bus, but doesn’t work.

開車40分就有第一次休息去廁所時間，但又不通知休息多長時間，又不廣播這是休息，只停車，十分亂。之後在過關前都沒有洗手間時間。但車的設施和空間都很足夠。

The Boarding Point melaka MMC was difficult to find. Please mention, That Starmart
Office is inside the MMC.

Tre trip took 8 hours, not 5 hours, 15 minutes. I can’t imagine it ever being on time considering that you have to go through immigration both in Malaysia and in Singapore. And then you have to wait each time for everyone to get back on the bus.

The driver was a man of few words, I thought the driving was very reckless as well, he nearly left 2 people in Singapore immigration, also the immigration is a absolute joke it took us 1.5 hour to get through not enough staff and no sense of urgency at all, do not book this if your under time constraints.

It took more than 6 hours to get to Golden Mile tour. The driver made an extra stop, and then another stop to buy food! No clear explanation by the driver to pass imigration, but all was ok, bus is comfortable!

Though it stated express from JB to KL, it actually detoured or stopped at too many stops, namely Skudai Jaya, Tangkak,Seremban and Nilai (to drop off passengers KLIA bound). By the time it reached KL TBS, it’s 10.10pm instead of the originally scheduled time of 9pm.

3列シートで広々として快適でした。
定刻10:00am,LARKIN出発が30分遅れとなり、更にSkudai に寄り、更に30分遅れてJBを発ったのは11:25でした。
しかも途中で給油し、KLIA2には15:00pm前でした。
これは通常の運転スタイルでしょうか？
少なくとも給油は済ませておくべきです。
更に給油した時に、辛うじてトイレに行きましたが、4時間以上トイレのチャンスはありませんでした。
トイレ付きの車なら別ですが、通常3時間くらいでトイレ停車の配慮をすべきです。
この会社のバスにはもう乗りたくありません。

Staff on the bus was extremely unfriendly and wouldn't allow drinks or food on the bus.
Otherwise, everything went as planned and the bus even waited at the boarder (but don't worry if you take too long and the bus sets off without you: your ticket gets stamped, so you can use one of the next busses which go about every hour).

The whole trip was 8 hours long. The seats are really comfortable, the temperature on the bus is also fine. Took ~ 1 hour to cross the border, the driver was waiting for everyone. In summary it was really fine for this money, I recomend this company.

The driver stopped for a break just after 45 min into the drive. Everybody had to go the toilet so he had to stop again before we got to immigrations.

StarMart bus was very comfortable. When it arrived at Singapore migration point, my wife and I went to the line. The migration process to check our passports took too much time, so obviously, we didn't have the chance to catch the same bus to take us to the Golden Mile Tower in Singapore.
We thought it wasn't a problem to wait a little bit for another StarMart bus after the migration process because the StarMart bus ticket mentioned that this was a common issue for the tourists. In case a tourist missed his bus (due to overtime at the migration point), he can catch the next one.
The problem was that the next StarMart bus took a lot of time to arrive. When finally we saw not one, but two StarMart buses, we approached the drivers, but with a negative behavior, they said they would give preference to his passengers (not us) and that their buses were full. No chance to have a seat. We will have to wait if a seat was free at the end.
By pure luck and because my wife and I had initiative, we occupied two seats regardless of the driver's warnings. We sat and hoped these two seats were free. At last, no previous passengers arrived and we could go to Golden Mile Tower.
I didn't like this StarMart Bus process. If I had another opportunity to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, I would definitely not choose bus as transportation, but plane instead. Better to reach Changi Airport and take metro, instead of jumping through buses.

The bus driver didn't even announce if there's a toilet break. He closed the door when he went for his break for like 20mins. He kept stopping and going down the bus making the trip even more longer. A 3-4 hour ride became a 6 hour ride.

Die 10 Minuten Verspätung sind ok gewesen. Alles vor Ort wurde freundlich und verständlich durchgeführt. Der Bus war etwas älter, hatte ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Klimaanlage war ständig eingeschalten, so dass man das Gebläse ständig im Nacken hatte. Die Fahrt ist reibungslos verlaufen. Wartezeit für den Grenzübergang lag bei ca. 1 Stunde. Sind gut angekommen.

Автобус комфортный, сиденья очень большие. Удобно
С собой возьмите верхнюю одежду т.к кондиционер работает отлично ( через пару часов становится довольно холодно) Две остановки в пути.
В Сингапуре были через 6 часов с учетом границы ( на границе было мало людей)
Если водитель Индус то может разговаривать громко по телефону всю дорогу))

Actually, I want to give 5 stars but I reserve 1 star because no time punctuality. I buy ticket for 6.20am, but the bus start at 6.45am. I hope that the bus can be punctual next time.

Bus smelled cigarette. Driver lighted up cigarette in the last few km to Melaka Sentral. Although he exhaled out through the window. It didn’t help. It also seemed like he took a few puffs off e-cigarette.

First bus didn’t have air conditioning for two and a half hours, thankfully we switched to another bus. The ticket also said it was a 5 hour ride, it was over 7 hours.

Double deck bus but I perfect have a seat below rather on TOP as TOP too squeezes below is comfortable seat. Gd bus driver reach earlier then thought but the problem can't charge the phone and no wifi. Nowadays ppls goes for that hope starmart will get much more better in service in success in bussiness
