We needed to change the ferry on Ko Phangan, it was a surprise. This information should be included in the ticket or on the ferry, better communication would be good. Otherwise everything was OK!

The pier was quite hard to find, it's not made clear that it's not the same pier as Thong Sala, the ferry also had about 45 minute delay and it took a while for everyone to disembark, much longer than on other ferries. The ferry was well air conditioned though and comfortable.

Everything was fine exept for the fact that it took an 1.5 hours longer than advertised. I talked to a tour guide and he said this is the usual duration of the trip. I recommend you updated the trip duration as adverstised

Our boat was delayed for half an hour, though, but it didn't spoil the experience - 1.5 hour chill under the sun. Very smooth transfer from the boat to a bus, which dropped us in the city center. Very convenient.

They said 40 min break, but took sooo long, and then then the 3 hour wait for the boat. If this lines up better the 15 hour trip could be way shorter. O and they should kick out drunk fucks outtof the bus

Забрали из отеля вовремя, привезли на пирс рановато, пришлось ждать отправление около 40 минут. также ехал паром около двух часов, а не 1,5, как было указано изначально, соответственно добрался до места я позднее, чем планировал. А так в целом комфортно и спокойно.

Ferry was over an hour late, and was slower than other ferries. The trip took way longer than advertised. The aircondition on the boat did not work, it was super hot and overcrowded. Really bad management of the luggage storage, when we arrived complete chaos as everybody was looking for their luggage on the ferry. Would recommend Seatran instead, definitely worth the 150 baht more...

Ferry ride wasn't bad, comfortable enough. But once in Chumpon, waited 2.5 hrs for the bus in a place with limited food and facilities. Felt like sitting in someones house serving noodles. Why can't they simply coordinate to fix this? The bus ride to Bangkok wasn't too bad either. Just bad logistics on the ferry leaving 30 min late and waiting for the bus for 2.5 hrs.

Easy to fine all the transport and loads of worker so help, did not take the time they said tho was an extra 2 hours nearly, (they did stop and repair the coach but had to wait for the taxi for over half hour)

Forgot one bag in the bus and i got it really fast and uncomplicated back.. perfect!
The trip was well organiced, we didnt need to think to much.. they brought us to the right place. Always a bit faster than we calculated and for sure easyer and ceaper than do it on our own.

The trip went smoothly. We had to wait for a while between before getting on the bus because we were waiting for other people. Other than that, not much to say. The bus was really nice and the ferry was ok, though it was really cold inside.

Compared to the reviews for this company in general we were frankly very satisfied. The biggest downside was the lack of clear communication. It would be very helpful to know beforehand where you're supposed to change and how. In our case we had to change buses 3 or 4 times during the night and morning.

Wir wurden an unserem Hotel abgeholt. In Krabi sind wir von einem Minivan in einen Reisebus umgestiegen. Die Fähre fährt über Koh Samui. Durch den starken Wellengang hat es sehr geschwankt. Zeitlich hat alles gut geklappt und wir sind nur mit ein wenig Verspätung angekommen.

The driver who picked us up was 30min late as we‘ve been the last people on his route. Due to this the hotline we called was super helpful telling us that we was on the way. Arriving at Koh Samui Pier we had ~1,5 hour waiting time until the ferry departed. The ferry itself was definitely over-air coned so bring a jacket if you plan to stay inside :) all over good experience

To be honest the company did their part, we're transported to our destination. But they should think about total quality of service provided. I mean the smell from the toilet (one be of the strongest for the last few years), dirty blankets, broken seats. But, again - you pay for transport from A to B and you get it.

Boat/ toilet was quite dirty and there was no proper food onboard — only overpriced snacks for the 7 hour journey. Boat left a few minutes late. Other than that, company did the job. Cabin was air conditioned, but there was an open air deck at the bow of the boat. Overall it was a bit expensive for what you get.

Nul, transport dégoûtant, ça sentait les extrements dans le car durant tout le voyage, valise récupérée trampée car fuite dans la soute a bagage. WC qui ne ferme pas et inutilisable. Ne vous attendez pas à un soupçon de confort

The boat did not go because of bad weather. The other 2 companies did go. So we could change to the Seatran boat. Which we took and had no problems. We could not have back our money. According to Songserm we have to ask you .the money back. My booking is M90029837 and M90029737
