Well organised and nice ferry. We arrived 1.5h before departure to get the immigration paper work done which takes a bit of time. Ferry ride was comfortable and went quick!

We went from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Mook, we had to change boats in Koh Lanta, overall the boat was about 30 Minutes late. The boat from Koh Lanta to Koh Mook/Lipe was very crowded, some people didn‘t get a seat, which is not acceptable for this price.

Der gebuchte Shuttle erschien nicht. Wir wurden nicht informiert. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass der Shuttle keinen Platz mehr für uns habe. Das war 20 Minuten vor Abfahrt des Speedbootes.
Die Fahrt mit dem Speedboot war ok.

Pier has poor signage only one sign in desk. Boat was on time however there was an issue with the motor so had to stop numerous times. Ride was extremely tough as I don’t think the Capitan could get up on plane they strangely shuffled everyone to the back which makes no sense. I have rode and driven speed boats many times and you need to trim properly to make it a smooth ride. Worst ride ever. Luggage was shifting all over the place life jackets everywhere. They lost my sandels which they said it would be fine.

Harbour telagah is nothing special. Ticket buying and Emigration worked good. Immigration to Thailand is an experience but also works well organized

Would be nice if the boat staff told us which islands we were stopping at, so we would know when to get off, but excellent trip overall, and they wouldn't let us miss our stop!

Short trip, very timely with departure/arrival. It is a sped boat, so there were a few bumps along the way, but we felt very safe and anyone comfortable with boats will be very happy with the trip/service.

The boat from phi phi to Koh lanta was big and comfortable, then we moved to a smaller one and it was fully booked and with a narrow seat for a tall person.
The good.thing that was just one stop in Lanta.

The boat was about 45 minutes late arriving at the pick up location and 50 mins late arriving to my final destination. Like others, I do wish they tell you when you book that they stop at other islands, andwhat the route looks like, just to help plan coordinating pick-ups at the destination. I had no way to contact my driver meeting me at the destination to say I was running almost an hour behind schedule, but thankfully he was still waiting for me when I eventually got here. The guys on the boat were helpful with bags and had everything else down to a science. And I do understand that Thai time is a real thing! :) Schedules are just more relaxed here than what i’m used to in the states. But some extra communication between the boat drivers and the people working at the pick up points would be really helpful so we at least knew what was going on. Otherwise it was very easy.

Very easy to use, and nice crew. Only reason giving four stars instead of five is that sometimes we almost seem to be going too fast. (Although, yes, it was a speed boat.)

They lie. I clearly booked a trip Phuket to Koh Lanta nonstop. 1.5 hours duration. Stopped in Koh Phi Phi, off-loaded luggage and picked up an additional 12 passengers, which were more passengers than seats, and some sat on the floor and back ledge. It overloaded the boat and was not safe. They aldi strangely asked us to put on life jackets during our stop in Koh Phi Phi for a photo - seriously sketchy. I was not happy with this service. Try Bundhaya maybe instead. Don't pay for this company to get more money.

Notre taxi est arrivé vers 12h00!!!alors que celui ci était annoncé vers 11h00 ..
Ensuite nous sommes restés pendant 30 minutes devant un hôtel en plein soleil , sans aucune explication et même moindre petite excuse !!! Nous avons finis par voir un couple qui faisait parti du voyage..

Some of the driver's behaviour wasn't been safe during trip. For example, they switched drivers while cruising (several times), leaving no one at the wheel for brief moments. However, the worst part was when the driver made a hard left turn at full speed, without warning the passengers. He made that turn because of something he watched, who turn out to be just to catch an fish from the sea. I was expecting more professionalism from the tripulation in general, and the driver in particular.
On the other side, they gave a bottle of fresh water to every passenger for free, who was a nice gesture.

This was a great ride. Only 45 minutes from the pier to the Phi Phi islands. Compared to 2.5 hours on the slow boat, and my family who took the slow boat said the beer was warm. It was easy to make the reservation and they sent a van to pick us up at our hotel in Phuket. We will definitely take this service back when we return later this week.

Le trajet s est trés bien passé.le speed boat est confortable et rapide. Par contre j ai pas compris pourquoi on s est arrété à koh kay avant d arriver à koh lipe. Une perte de temps à mon avis.

The speed boat journey was perfect.
However the hotel pick up was a mess. Two times were stated for pick up, 11am and 11.30am. We were waiting at 11am. By 12pm there was no sign of any bus to pick us up so we rang the number provided. The lady who answered was helpful and got a bus to us within 10/15 minutes. It was empty, leading us to the conclusion that we had been completely forgotten about, rather than there being a delay caused by collecting other people.

El viaje en el fast boat estupendo, fue rápido y puntual. Sin sobresaltos.
Lastima que por la mañana nos dijeran que nos recogían a las 06:30 en frente del hotel Chanalai Garden, y no lo hicieron hasta las 07:30 que nos vino a buscar un taxista privado (no una minivan) después de llamar dos veces a la empresa y pedirle información. Nos hace pensar que o se olvidaron de nosotros (llevavamos allí desde las 06:15) o tienen un descontrol muy grande...

Todo bien hasta que nos dejaron en el puerto solos cuando se suponía alguien nos recogería y nos llevaría hasta el hotel. Tuvimos que pagar el único tuk tuk que había por el mismo precio de los boletos en speed boat para que nos dejara en 3 minutos en nuestro hotel.

Staff was waiting for us at the arrivals of the airport. The airport is quite small so no much time from the landing of the plane to the end of the airport. Super possible to catch the tour 30 min after arrival. Everything was quite organized and we arrived earlier than the expected time.
